"...I was eating shit cafeteria food."
You nailed it, doctor! I'm a retired nurse. The health care system is just as bad as everywhere else for serving the unhealthiest choices in hospital cafeterias, conferences, lectures, etc. We need to clean up what we are doing & lead by example.

Over the past 3 weeks I've come across Dr. Casey Means on one podcast or another at least half a dozen times and her face is all but plastered across my YT suggestion list. Three days ago I ran into an issue with my Levels shipment so I emailed their support team who did a phnomonal job. Well above and beyond. Since I hadn't been on their site for almost a year, I decided to check it out again. I knew that Mark Hyman, David Sinclair and David Perlmutter were advisors, it's how I found out about Levels in the first place. What I didn't realize was that Ben Bikman and Casey Means were as well. Sometimes the universe has to slap your into consciousness. LOL. Just bought the book, it should be here next week. Meanwhile I downloaded the Audible version. Thanks for having her on.

Good content, but be careful when you say things can be cleaned up in a couple of weeks. There are people who have cleaned up what they eat, drink, who exercise, have great sleep hygiene and work to regulate the nervous system and still suffer to some degree. It is complicated and some variables are out of our control. Please don’t make quick
promises. It is more often a process than “this will be fixed by doing this”

You are correct in saying the answer is in her question. She is expressing her AWE for these physical bodies God has created. Man is continually seeking to understand the miracle of our existence here. To pretend she has it all figured out would be arrogant, in my opinion. She is giving praise to God in her own way. We all have that right. 🙏🏽

She has evolved into a guru and I think making the tough decision to walk away from a lucrative, but often soulless, career as a surgeon is key to this journey and certainly adds to her overall credibility. I am a big fan since she founded Levels and the move to bring the value of CGM to the masses- Respect🙌🏾

“I Am” the resurrection. He doesn’t means himself. He meant the “I Am”! And the “I AM” is also inside you. That’s how you are already “saved”. That’s the good news.
