I realize that being a Jamaican or Carribbean is a wonderful thing, my dad died at 98...my granduncle is still alive at 104 walking to church still......No pain. Its our diet and movement in the Carribbean.....I am heading back home, naturally organically grown foods, we walk in the sun everyday, we drink the best water in world, we walk naturally....Coconut oil, fruits in our backyard galore....Natural sea salt and oceans......This is epic information..thanks Doc.....

Cold shower and cold plunge also helps body create more stem cells. It stimulates the bone marrow to create more stem cells which helps us all alot. I am so Grateful I found you. Your Amazing. I take a ten second cold shower at the end of my shower when I can remember it. No doubt it's helped me. My Brain is working better alot better but I'm doing alot of other things too to help me. I've been through alot. My Daughter passed away almost 18 months ago from Fentanyl overdose and me and I ended a Ten year relationship with Someone I thought was my best friend forever. My Estranged Husband died from Prescription Pill Interaction Toxicity on 2010. It's been hard and it's been alot of loss at a reasonably young age and losing my Daughter is totally not good. That's was the worst one of them. I cry every day over losing her. I miss her so much. Her passing away affected me in every way possible. Mentally.. Spiritually and Physically. It's all connected.

I really enjoyed this interview, even thou at the end i felt a bit sad when you talked about moving throughout the day. I work in the nursing home in UK and i realiesed i actually deal with elderly people who in most cases lost their mobility, because of the fall. From what you are saying i mean the amount of average movemnet a day is shocking to me and until now i really didnt think those people might not move for hours even before they fall. Anyway i do everything to encorauge them to walk but they often say they are sceared they would fall again. I have a message for everyone here- enjoy your body movement every day every hour. Dont wait until you loose it. It might be too late then. I cannot wait for my 5 min stretch after waking up, for my morning short warm up cardio and cool down, after every meal for my walk. It gives me so much pleasure just to simply move and its unbelieveble home much better i feel later due to avoiding my glucose spike. Its so worth it.

If you choose videos with doctor to doctor (medical, specialist, bioengineer, medical researcher, etc.) who express a genuine desire to help mankind with enthusiasm, kindness and a supportive approach and they provide you with the resources for research. Watch the videos as many times as you need to , take notes on the information that is important to you. Be sure to tap on the like button and or subscribe when you want the person to be rewarded by you tube.

It’s absolutely true that walking immediately after meals (within 30 minutes of starting your meal) minimises blood sugar spikes. I have a rule that if I’m going to eat anything naughty like a piece of chocolate or some dates, I have to be on a walk while eating them! I went on a 5-hour hike yesterday and halfway through I ate a chocolate bar and my blood sugar barely rose at all. But make sure you don’t start your walk after you have peaked and you’re already on the way down - this can cause your levels to crash and you may end up with hypoglycaemia!

Watching Dr. Means, it occurs to me. When I was in my teens, I had severe acne, particularly on my back, It was ugly. I showed it to a parent and was taken to a doctor the following week, he put me on antibiotics for years, the acne cleared up but we never really thought about what was causing the inflammation, pretty sure it was all that bad food back in the 60's and 70's.eventually I cleaned up my diet, began exercising and my life was getting cleaned up . #48:10 I think this is why America is lagging behind other cultures and demographics. Because in a majority of other places where obesity and inflammation aren't common, they are walking around doing things throughout the day. Not the extremely strenuous tasks all day. Just walking around, swimming maybe, maybe gathering for meals and preparing meals by hand instead microwaving a processed product then sitting on the couch to eat it and watch TV, etc. America is very scheduled and intense. You go all out in the gym, then go to the stressful job and work work work while sitting for hours on end, and so on. That is industrialisation. That's for machines. Not people.

    Dear self,
    It's time. It's time you...
Take back power over your own life!
Don’t give the past anymore of your energy.
Give them all a big FUCK YOU
by prioritizing yourself and never compromising.
You deserve the best of the best and nothing less.
You are daughter of the most high: King of kings.
Love should feel infinite not limited.
    Because that's what it is.
    You got this.
Even if you feel like giving up
remind yourself that YOU are the reason you keep going.
You are beautiful and worthy of unconditional happiness and love,
    it is your divine birthright.
Nobody can take your essence away from you.
    I see you.
    I love you.

I've been in a lifelong process trying to break free
of deeply embedded PTSD trauma conditioning...
healing MUST BE inevitable if I don't give up, yes? ⚘
    here's what I'm working on...
    I'm desperately struggling...
I need prayers. I need guidance.
    I need help. I need a miracle.
MY VOICE HAS BEEN SILENCED MY WHOLE DAMN LIFE.
    MY BEAUTIFUL SACRED MIRACULOUS VOICE.
MY VOICE IS MY MAGICAL GIFT OF TRANSMUTATION!
    that being said,
    all my life...
I have given people access to me
in ways that I should not have EVER granted them access
    now,
    I want to scream
at the top of my lungs:
    FUCK OFF!!
YOU DO NOT GET TO HAVE ACCESS TO ME IN THAT WAY!!
    THE DOOR IS NOT OPEN!!
    YOU MAY NOT COME IN!!
    ACCESS DENIED!!
    but fuck,
so much easier said than done.
I've been programmed my whole life to be silent,
    conditioned to have no boundaries...
so how, now, at 44 years old, do I change this all around?
    (may those whom I loathe
    suffer for all eternity
for what they've done to me!
    TRULY.)
