    So I felt the same effects as taking c15 on a carnivore diet which makes sense since animal fat contains c15.

    Beautiful interview. Just the prof a little bit wrong when she said even saturated fats are bad, that is not evidence based, is subjectivity based.

    So, I have been eating almost a whole stick of butter per day on a heated half roll of toasted bread role about half the size of a hotdog bun. After I cut the role in half, like a hot dog bun, I toast it, and I calculate it is about 11 carbs before toasting.. I slather it as much I can with butter before eating. I hope I am not killing myself.

    Always be cautious of the ‘wonderful new latest greatest’ substance. For an alternative evaluation of C15 evidence from an expert in analysis of research checkout Physionic recent video. My summary of His current evaluation? The evidence, particularly from sources not associated with the commercial backers of C15, is not currently there to support anything other than possible minor benefits.

    • @georgecav
      @georgecav 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @mark-c802 me too... the problem is partly consumers are very ready to believe there is some new magic substance and they mostly don't understand how believable and likable clever manipulators can be. The true con artists are the ones most people not only would never suspect but often will defend with their last breath

      Agree, and only important to consider if you are deficient. High C15 associated with grassfed beef, full fat sour cream, sardines, etc puts me in the optimal range. We realize that some followers do a plant-based diets and they would likely benefit from supplementation, but testing can be done to confirm fatty acid profiles. I've seen a few profiles of carnivore followers and levels are good, but would be curious to see C15 testing in vegan subjects

    • @georgecav
      @georgecav 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@DominicDAgostino thanks for reminding me about fatty acid report to check levels however sadly here in Australia they don’t include it in the analysis. However given that Physionic found no current firm evidence of anything other than a minor improvement in liver markers in one study from memory I am not concerned.

Maybe their water environment was polluted with toxins such as dinoflagellates that caused memory issues even in humans in polluted waters, not just the fact that they were older. The one thing that is true, apparently, is that C15 supplements helped them heal and good health care in Naval facility.---

    Can we trust the conclusions from animals that have been taken from their natural habitat to be used for military purposes. The dolphins may be smarter than us and defiantly more moral. perhaps they just got tired of living, being manipulated in unnatural ways and began to get sick.

    Go vegan for your health, whole food plant based.
    Go vegan for the animals. Go vegan for the planet. Go vegan and be healthier and happier.
    A lower risk of heart disease and cancer for you and a better planet for everyone, human and animals.
    Eating healthy is not a diet it is a healthy life style.
    Go out and look around. The vast majority of people you see are obese or al least over weight.
    People do not need to be fat shamed BUT being over weight is not healthy and leads to a host of illnesses.
    When you look around you can see all the unhealthy people without taking a blood test or a fitness test
    "NORMAL" for the average American is "UNHEALTHY" The health of society is in decline.

      Modern agriculture is destroying the topsoil, turning living soil into dead dirt poisoned with glyphosate. Every year, the topsoil gets thinner, making it harder to grow crops, leading g to desertification.
      Every time a field is harvested, all of the creatures living in that field are killed and there are thousands of them. I lost a cat that was hunting mice in a wheat field during a harvest. It was horrific.
      Conversely, sustainable farming builds healthy soil. The cows graze, fertilizing the soil as they go. The perennial grasses grow deep, creating healthy topsoil. Then chickens can be free ranged for a season, then rotate cows back in.
      The cow we buy only has one bad day and no other animals are killed by harvesting equipment.
      Factory farming is inhumane, unhealthy, and should be illegal.
      When I was plant based I was anemic and had fibromyalgia from oxalate poisoning. Iron from plants isn't bioavailable and plants gave no vitamin B12. If you have to supplement, it is not biologically appropriate. What other animal has to take vitamin pills?

    • @KJSvitko
      @KJSvitko 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@lindabirmingham603 Factory farms with chickens, cows or other animals produce no benefits for soils. They are cruel and should be considered animal abuse.
