Thank you for this great video. My favorite thing about google keep is that you can link it to your google assistant for taking notes. It seems like I always get some of my best ideas while driving or when lisiting to podcasts. Since my phone is always nearby (or I have my blutooth earbuds in) all I say is, "Hey Google" then "take a note." I don't have to touch my phone or forget what I wanted to remember during a drive. When I get home, my notes are waiting for me. This is especially helpful when I'm traveling.
I use Google keep daily and find it to be extremely helpful and increase my productivity. One of the features I use a lot is the remind me utilizing the location feature. I am a real estate developer and Airbnb specialist and a lot of times in note I save will be something that I want to be reminded about when I reach a particular location.
IMO in order to realize the full potential of any software, you have to go beyond the basics. This video is a great way to learn about things you can do that aren't necessarily obvious at first. Good job- thanks.
Great video. I knew the tips but it's always good to have them reinforced. Keep has become my main capture tool for my system so any insights you have are a huge help.
I love making shopping list for my favorite stores and adding the stores logo image in my keep notes. I also love using my google home devices to add things to my list via voice commands.
one of the best things of Google Keep is the fact that any content you keep in there wont take up any space of Google storage such as Gmail or Google Drive 😁
You can also download planner templates. Then with let's say the Tab s 8 or 9, you can edit the planner with the s pen. The planner can either be saved or partially or completely erased for use for the next day week or whatever.
Great information, ty ! Sorry, if this question has been asked here in comments already, how do I view that side panel in docs, please ? It is not visible when I go into docs, but is in gmail. Strange, but true.
Great video, I was able to learn something new again.
What I noticed today during a test - when I record a voice memo with Keep, it is transcribed correctly, but it is extremely quiet when I play it back. It can't be the phone or microphone. Because when I do the same test in the Voice Recorder app, the volume is fine. Even when I send a voice message on WhatsApp, the message can be heard loud and clear. Only with Keep does it sound very quiet and muffled. What could that be?
how do I use one Google Keep so I can use it from several of my other Gmails? because if there are lots of Google Keeps, it bothers us and confuses us when we need to look for a particular record that we need, it's a hassle to look for it on which Google Keep. So it takes just one google keep to make life easier for users/me.
Unfortunately, you can't directly use a single Google Keep across multiple Gmail accounts. Google Keep is tightly integrated with individual Google accounts. Each account has its own separate Keep space for storing notes, lists, and reminders.
All of the tips were great. However, what I really need to know is how to alphabetic sort my keep checklist. For example, I have a shopping list where I check & uncheck items each week. However, I have to scroll though the entire list to find an item - or enter it again. Not Good!!! I am sure that someone has figured out this "tip" and I would like to know what it is.
I am an older guy, very old, with memory problems. I hope to use Keep to log about daily events. This video is so helpful. Thank you.
Wishing you all the best as you get the most out of these videos!

Yes, that is a great bonus. Thanks for sharing!

Sure about that?
@@miltonbrownrigg8409 i could be wrong, but there is no mention about Google Keep storage in my google one subscription.

Great video.
Do you know why Google Keep doesn't sync with Google Calendar anymore?
When Google retired Reminders within Google Calendar last year (now all Tasks), that included the connection to Reminders in Google Keep.
@@Simpletivity Too bad. I really liked that option.
you can still set reminders for Google keep notes and they pop up on your phone
@@Hotnik0813 Yes, I know, but I want the Google Keep notes reminders to show up in my calendar.
Thanks so much. I have always disliked the clutter on the 1st page, now I understand.
Question: how secure is Keep?

HI, what tool do you use to create your videos? They're terrific.
Thanks! I'm so glad you enjoy my videos. I use Camtasia for recording and editing my videos.
After decades in Mac, I'm suprised by how simple and powerful G-Keep is. Insert "MInd Blown" E-Mogie.
Glad that you're enjoying the switch!
Very Good, Very Useful For me. Thanks from Pune Maharashtra.
You're very welcome!
I see a 'Quick Link' note in your Keep notes. How do you create those?
I use Google Keep a lot for studying and for personal ideas. I never knew I could do all that 😂
So glad that you found this video helpful!
Can I bring notes or documents into Google Keep from Google Drive? How?

Don't think its possible yet. I see people complaining about not being able to do that recently on reddit
My account was hacked and I was attempting to remove the said files
It’s unbelievable that in 2024 we can’t crop any image, as if it were something impossible for any device…
