    2:50 yes thats true. Outskirt kuala lumpur City we call it Greater KL area or Klang Valley area.
    A combination of neighboring cities that merge with KL to form a large metropolitan city called Greater KL.

      There r many places with lakes in Selangor n Perak. Those were d tin mining areas. Malaysia was once d world top producer for tin ores.

    • @Yasin_Affandi
      @Yasin_Affandi ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Wow, RM220, how time flies. Back in d early 1990s, d entrance fee to d sunway lagoon, if I'm not mistaken was just around RM50.

      I think this vlog voukd be one of d most interesting explorations by u guys in d klang valley. Lots of wonderful places in d sunway city, I bet u guys don't mind living here, could be more affordable than d other prestige areas in KL.

    This area, Sunway development area, is no longer part of Kuala Lumpur. It is situated in Subang in the state of Selangor. Further up, another residential city, Shah Alam, also in Selangor. KL area itself is rather small, actually.

    • @TheMonkeys
      @TheMonkeys  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Well thats still belong to great Kuala Lumpur or Metropolitan Area of Kuala Lumpur however you like to interpret that. Obviously is huge area full of small cities. Kinda mess actually because many people don’t get it what does is mean

    Nice video for satellite city coverage & not many foreign tourists video cover it. As I know there's 9 ice rinks in Malaysia. You may try indoor skydiving in one utama.

      @@TheMonkeys i think the point is malaysia is not like bali or thailand, where tourism is so big or like singapore where there are many expats. In malaysia we have many foreigners but they mainly work in indstries where manual labor is required, not so many expats like in singapore. In term of tourist the figures are quite big but i think they are skewed by land travellers via the thai and singapore borders. So we dont see many tourists like thailand/bali. So its a little strange when you mentioned expats or lack of tourists in malaysia multiple times in your vlogs. Thats all 🤷🏼‍♂️
