Mozzarella Cheese Flatbread Without Oven
375g (3 cups) all-purpose flour, separated.
1 tsp instant dry yeast
3 tbsp cooking oil
250ml (1 cup) warm water
1 tsp salt
Shredded mozzarella cheese, spring onion, and sesame seeds.
Cooking oil, as needed.
Indonesian
Flatbread Keju Mozzarella Tanpa Oven
375g (3 gelas) tepung serbaguna, dipisahkan.
1 sdt ragi kering instan
3 sdm minyak goreng
250ml (1 gelas) air hangat
1 sdt garam
Keju parut mozzarella, daun bawang, biji wijen.

This recipe is amazing - so simple and tasty too. If I make too many and cannot eat them all, I freeze them then defrost when needed. They still taste as yummy as first made.
The spring onions are delicious and add a nice fresh bread. I love to add some cheddar with the mozzarella for a stronger flavour and I sometimes also chop up very finely, some green or black olives - sometimes both. Fantastic recipe Ninik, thank you so much for sharing with us. I love the format of your videos - straight forward ingredients and good instructions by showing us step by step. 💕💕

Delicious and easy recipe 👍, but I made a slight change to it. I didn't use oil at all while shaping the dough instead I brushed the individual doughs with just a little of fresh butter between the folds before rolling them and that made the flatbread even fluffier without too much oil.
