Can I ask how you stop your hip hurting when you lie on your side to do the leg lifts. I probably need to get a proper mat or maybe my positioning isn't quite right?

@@TheGirlWithThePilatesMat Thanks so much for helping - decades ago I had 4 kids and the last 2 were only 13 months apart, my tummy muscles never really recovered although the rest of me is quite strong and flexible - definitely my weak point! I'll work on these first.
