      congrats on the fat loss! I'm pretty overweight atm and trying to lose weight but I'm a little worried about loose skin. did you take any special measures for the loose skin, if you don't mind me asking?

    I have done your 60 minute workout but mannnn was this brutal !!!!
    Took 3 breaks because I thought my heart will explode but I finished it .so rewarding !!!

    My favourite so far! I'm a 42 y.o. beginner but apparently don't get tired easily. I did this workout and ended up really sweating for the first time… but it was so fun and I never felt left behind. Thanks a lot for those videos. I hope you'll upload more like this one, it was the perfect combination of duration and intensity for me!

    I've been doing this for 2 days and my stomach and shoulders now hurt, but i think it means that the results are showing. I hope i can last a month with this exercise

    I've done this routine so many times that I I've memorized every part! 3 months working out sometimes gym sometimes you, and ive lost 9kg so far so good :3

    This was my first time doing one of your videos after my mom recommended you and OHEMGEEEEE!!!! What a workout! Def NOT for beginners but SO much FUN! I loved it! I'll be doing this daily and see how much weight I loose. 6 pack abs here I come!

      It's so fun! just remember if you're new you can skip jumps to avoid hurting your joints/back. I've been doing these workouts a few times a week for a year and I see awesome results and have so much fun.

    I finished this aerobics workout with 10 second break in mid. Height: 167cm , weight: 59kg, burned 330 calories.. but surely very good workout

    So much fun. I love these workouts. I modify for back pain by not jumping and just jogging in place a little faster when there's jumps. I think this is the only workout that has ever slimmed my arms. I miss raving so this is a great time!

    I’m going to attempt this. I’ve been doing Mira’s 10 day exercise. I did the the first day and thought Eh! No way I can do this I went back and tried again and did 8 outs 10, I’ve set this as a goal to try wish me luck x

    im a person who would do hiit workout more! so this one was meant for me! later this evening i was doin 400 cal burn workout of urs and couldn't do past 17 mins, but bro this was a challenge for me then, after an hour i started with even more harder one, this one, completed it, so total workout today was around 45 to 50 mins yayyy.. so proud of myself!

    Tried this.
    5'3 (53kg) - according to my amazfit watch I burned 342 kcal. Despite this number, this routine sure tough af. but i think if doing this constantly will make it easier.. I tried her other intense routine, it sure eased over time.
