I’m a 66-yr young woman who has been doingJo’s videos a couple of times a week for about a month.I’m happy to share that I was able to do almost all the exercises from this videos morning. Not all…but almost. Here’s to making progress.
I am ADDICTED to this channel. As a teenager who has been working out in my room from may 2021 to present day, through my ups and downs in my weight loss journey this is the sole channel that I come back to over and over again. Ive lost a total of 48 pounds (at the time of writing this) by incorporating these walking workouts amongst others! This channel is a blessing. Thank you jo for showing me that cardio isnt a chore and helping me become healthier and happier 🥰 Edit: Doing these workouts helped me build enough confidence to sign up for a gym membership. I now go as often as I can and still incorporate these workouts when wanted on top of other cardio.❤️
I am a teenager aswell that has been doing Jo’s workouts and I just wanted to say I am so proud of how far you’ve come, and you lost 48 POUNDS THAT’S AMAZING. Keep going, your doing amazing.
“It’s not easy to show up but you did it” 😭 really needed to hear that today! Thank you for the supportive comments throughout your videos! You don’t know how much they help!
Tell me why I started to tear up when jo said “You did it. One day closer”.🥺 I’m so glad I found your channel. Thank you for the fun workout videos and for such an encouraging and uplifting attitude!!
Yes she’s so encouraging! Sometimes during one of the moves my head is down thinking “I’m tired I’m about to stop” then I look up at the screen and see Jo smiling saying “you got this 👍🏽” then I snap back and I’m like ok I got this just push! Lol…I love her
I did your walking workouts consistently from Jan to Feb and was starting to see such an amazing difference but had been in a slump for the past few weeks. I was talking to my husband yesterday about how low I've been feeling recently and how nothing seems to help. He suddenly said "Why don't we do Jo's workout together? You always seemed so happy after doing them." So we did an after-dinner one together last night and now your girl is back on track!
I was doing this workout with my dad for almost a month(today is the last day but we skipped bc I have a headache🙃) and during this time I've lost around 3 kilograms,my waist and hips are less by 5 centimeters)) and my dad's lost around 2 kilograms. Thank you Jo for this great workout!!❤
@@fathiafudhoil4819 It's important to be in a caloric deficit when you're losing weight. One of the simplest ways you can do that is by simply replace certain foods with healthy ones. e.g With a burger, have some veggies or a side salad instead of fries. It doesn't have to be incredibly strict. Workout everyday (i recommend doing 2 of jo's workouts like a workout she has for before bedtime and a HIIT one (like this one).
My favorite thing is Jo actually does the workout. I love the real ness. So many of these workouts we see the person barely breaks a sweat. I hope with continued success this is the one thing that doesn’t change. It encourages me to know she actually does it and not just putting videos out for subscribers.
Sweating more doesn’t necessarily mean you’re working harder. Some people just sweat more than others. There are a lot of factors that effect the volume of sweat (i.e.; body size, age, muscle mass, health status, fitness level, and genetics.) Everyone is different, that’s a key thing to remember.
Starting a 40 day challege of this workout today combined with a balanced diet! Current weight:183.6 I'll keep you posted! 1st week done- 182.2 (Did the workout 4 times a week!) UPDATE: I forgot to post results! haha after the 40 days i ended up losing 7.5 pounds! (176.1) 💖
I am 71 years old double knee replacement and on my first time I made it all the way through with modifications on the jumping exercises. I love this thank you so much!!!
Oh my god, i had a knee ligament replaced around 1.5yrs ago and it aches a little every now and then. I'm 24. You're such an inspiration for me. Just today while working out I was thinking about my knee and how to progress further. I cannot thank you enough for writing this comment. So much love and light to you. God bless! You're an absolute Rockstar!
Never knew how much I truly adore this woman but she has been the motivation to stay moving through my entire journey. I cry, I swear, I swear, but I do it. Fully and whole hearted. Thank you Jo.
I’ve been a silent viewer for 2 years now. These workouts are everything to me! I’ve been on/off for years but now I’m 3 months consistent (mostly M-F) and feel amazing. I’ve done about every intermediate workout at least 30 mins long and this one always has me DRENCHED ! If you’re reading this, YOU CAN DO IT! Trust and believe in yourself 🎉❤❤❤
@@briannazanota5240 I been working out with Growwithjo since May 29th, I thought it was the end of June but I checked my watch last night. Any every Ab workout Jo has or Tabata workouts are great to build abs. I also followed my workouts with water,a gallon a day and LOTS OF PROTEIN! Stay away from foods that have sodium. If you do have sodium eat watermelon before bed, it will absorb it. Do planks, mountain climbers etc. Good luck and don’t give up, when I started I weighed 193.5, and there was times were I cried because I wasn’t losing and weight or inches. I felt like I was working out for nothing! So just know as long as your consistent you will see results. Also listen to your body, if your sore, rest! You DON’T have to do a 30-45 min workout everyday, 15 mins is good enough! Good luck!🏋️♀️🏋️♀️🏋️♀️💪💪💪💪

Girl you keep getting us together. Thank you soooo freaking much! I am down 20 lbs and maintaining it off. I have been doing your videos since end of July and I feel so much better since starting. The weight isn't the only celebration. I struggled through a deep depression this summer, of all seasons. And my bff got me started with your workouts and I was hooked. My knees are not always in agreeance with my spirit so your videos have literally been a lifesaver for me as I am not always able to do other strenuous workouts as much. Definitely been promoting the heck out of your channel. Thank you Thank you. THANK YOU JO!
Did this for 2 weeks before starting my golf camp! It was a workout i enjoyed immensely 😊😊 My starting weight was 112 lbs, (height is 159 cm), and I ended with 107 lbs. I did do boxing classes once a weeks with my friends to “try” to make my arms stronger… and ate a healthy diet that wasn’t restricting. Just ate salad every other day with my favorite dressing on top 😋 i also tried to make my plate 1/3 or 1/2 filled with vegetables i liked. The rest was just like any other foods. Heck, when i wanted to eat a slice of pizza, i ate some! It’s just eating the right balance of vegetable in your diet. (I’m 12, 😅 it just seemed better to get ready for some golf ahead of me in the future of this year.)
omg im 12 too! I do cross country and dance and so my goal is to lose 3-4 pounds before school starts again and a total of 10 lbs by the end of the school year. After hearing you lost 5 lbs in 2 WEEKS... its extremely encouraging so thank you for the motivation
This workout kicked my butt in the best way possible! My husband got deployed last month around the same time that my Dad passed away! I am trying to turn my grief and pain into a self-love and self-growth journey! Last week I did a 15-minute workout for three days and this week I decided to up to a longer workout and man did it feel both exhausting and rewarding at the same time! I did have to stop the video a few times to catch myself but overall I am proud of myself for showing up today! I WILL be CONSISTENT! Thank you Jo for these amazing workouts that not only challenge you but also empower you!
So sorry to hear about your loss. Mine is totally different, but these workout helped get thru the depression after my split with my ex-husband. 18 years. But enough about me, I hope you are still doing these, and you are able to find some peace!
I haven't been as consistent as I should be . But today last year I was 317.9lbs now I'm 290 my goal to lose 33lbs a year for the next 3 years . Very doable. I'm getting back to working out today
Today is September 1, 2023 and this will be my go to workout for the next 30 days. I’m calling this month my 30 for 30 challenge. Doing 30 minutes for 30 days.
@@youluvlia It’s going great. Have more energy. I lost 10 lbs, but I’m on vacay this week. I’m still exercising everyday but the food lol. I’ll weigh in on 10/4/23. I’ll let you know if I was able to maintain my 10 lb weight loss.
I'm in love with your workouts Jo!!! I've been doing various ones for 2 weeks now and I've already lost 5 pounds. That's far more than I ever expected. But even better than that, I'm slowly regaining confidence I had lost for years and am starting to feel good again :)) keep going guys, we can do this!!
Same. 2weeks and 5lbs down. I did not expect that from doing 10-20min workouts. I also have thyroid and autoimmune illnesses so its been very hard for me to workout until I found her on tiktok. I am in shock how easy I can do them and that they dont leave me in the hospital. Its been 2yrs since Ive been able to workout.
Never tried better workouts in my life.... I always felt like everything is too much for me and I don't really want to repeat it, but with your workouts I am jumping out the bed first thing in the morning and thinking which one of yours I'll try today....OMG.. no words... THANK YOU! You have such a positive powerful energy which makes the workouts even better experience. I am currently trying to recover after getting sick every month with some chest viruses and covids and trying to get my body back to shape and be healthy and you are massive help in that
You’ve helped me changed my life for the absolute better and I am so thankful. I’ve lost 20 pounds and I’m slowly becoming so happy with myself which is something I’ve struggled with for a long time.
I almost always cry when doing Jo's workouts. While I understand it's not the right approach, I can't do anything about the fact that I do workouts only because I want to lose weight. Only because I'm tired of feeling fat and ugly throughout my whole life. And almost every time I work out, it pains me to think that everyone around me is blessed with good genetics while I am not, I have to fight such an exhausting fight just to feel a little bit less ashamed of myself. But the main reason why I cry is Jo's words of encouragement. She says "Look how far you've come" - and there are tears in my eyes. Because that's exactly what I need to hear, that someone understands, that someone knows that it's a hard fight. I'm so grateful to Jo for that. There are lots of good workouts out there, yes, but understanding and kindness and support, even when it's just one phrase, can do so much more for people than just a good workout. Thank you so much, Jo, for being the way you are and for giving others hope.
I am on my day 6 of 75 day soft challenge and I chose Jo as my workout guide for each day. I’m not an active person and working out each day is not the norm for me. Today I woke up an hour late and tried to us that as an excuse to not workout but I pushed my butt out of bed because I made this commitment to finish this challenge and to finish strong. When I put on this exercise I was dreading it but not even half way through I was feeling motivated to finish and to finish with a BANG! Thank you so much Jo for being this feeling to me! And thank you for being on this physical and mental journey with me 😂❤
I'll do this workout everyday until I lost at least 5% of fat. I have a high level of fat and I would like to have less than 30%. So I'll put my progress here :) I'm currently 175cm for 81,5kg Day 1 = burn 300 cal, 80,9 kg, 37,1% fat Day 2 = burn 299 cal, 80,3 kg, 36,7% fat Day 3 = burn 305 cal, 80,8 kg, 37% fat Day 4 = burn 308 cal, 80,3 kg, 36,7% fat Day 5 = burn 403 cal (add 10 min arm workout), 80kg, 36,6% fat Day 6 = burn 295 cal, 79,8kg, 36,5% fat Day 7 = burn 287 cal, 80,3kg, 36,8% fat Day 8 = rest Day 9 = rest x2 😅 Day 10 = burn 657 cal (add 30 min cardio kickboxing), 79,7kg, 36,4% fat Day 11= burn 420 cal (add 10 min back & booty workout), 79,9kg, 36,6% fat Day 12 = rest because my back hurts Day13 = burn 303 cal, 80kg, 36,6% fat Day 14 = burn 309 cal, 79,7kg, 36,5% fat I started intermittent fasting yesterday :) Day 15 = burn 283 cal, 80,9 (why 😭😭), 37% fat Day 16 = rest Day 17 = burn 430 cal (add black eyed peas dance workout), 79,6 kg, 36,4% fat Day 18 = burn 403 cal (add 10 min arm workout), 79,2kg, 36,2% fat Day 19 = today I did 20 min drop it low leg and 20 min burn transform your morning = burn 383 cal Day 20 = I walked to work = burn 106 call, 79,1kg, 36,2% fat Day 21 = same Day 22 = burn 298 cal, 78,8 kg, 36% fat Day 23 = rest Day 24 = rest Day 25 = did 2 dance workout = burn 296 cal, 78,9 kg, 36% fat This week I didn't do a lot of workout because work have been pretty hard lately
Consistency is key, add more protein to your day especially after your workout. Should help those numbers a little bit, you're doing a great job keep it up!
Your results are amazing! I'm sure you're also feeling much healthier because of increase in activity! And I'm really grateful that you're sharing your progress with us
For me, it's about time - fitting a workout in my daily life has been my biggest hurdle, but thanks to you, I'm doin' it! And with a smile :) I'd like more 20 & 30 min workouts - HIIT/Tabata & Dance are my favessssss!
I feel the same! Trying to commit to daily workouts but I have 30-40minutes max in the morning before I go to work! I have saved your 30 minute workouts and have been trying to stay consistent! Thank you so much Jo! Would love more HIIT/ Tabata at this length!!!
It’s been really hard to motivate myself to workout recently (the past 2 years). I decided instead of feeling guilty about the gym I would click a random low impact workout video. It literally felt like Jo was standing next to me encouraging me. She smiled the whole time and it was so relieving to see someone sweating through it with me. Even when I felt like I was going to drop on the ground I would look up and see her smiling, fanning herself, and mouthing encouraging words. I’m proud to have gotten through it and I’m excited to re-start my journey watching your videos! Thank you for these!
When I started to really take my health seriously I had let myself get so bad . It's been a little over three months now and these videos help me start it ..I also ride a bike.. get out in nature and walk and do weight training ..I do jo videos three times a week in the mornings ..I've lost 50 pounds ..20 pounds left to get where I wanna be . Thanks jo 💕💕
this comment and all the replies are so motivating. I didn't exactly let myself recently, it was a quarantine thing and i never got back into it but now my goal is to lose at least 10 pounds by the end of this year.
Hey jo you saved me !!! i swear I hated working out but since I came across your workout 3 months ago I started to do these everyday.. and 3 months later I am down by 15 kgs So proud and couldn’t have done this without you. Keep inspiring us all !!!❤❤ Would be awesome if you could do a pilates workout next 😊
Dear Jo...thank you so much for giving me a workout I look forward to and that I can do. 20 years ago the weight came off fast when I was 31. I had a little boy, I was motivated, and did high intensity. Since menopause my body has changed and I have to do low impact. At 51, I am taking back my body. With your help, I will get there sooner than later. Thanks again. ❤️
Love Love Loves this one. I am doing 30mins 5 times a week for 6 weeks and iv already dropped a dress size!! I haven't eve changed my diet. I enjoy them so much!!!! Great work 🙌
Just what I needed to see. I'm 5ft4 and weight about 14.7 stone... or dress size 16/18 and I reaaallyyyy want to shed at least 1 stone ... hopefully 2 by my wedding in November! Help !
wow that’s amazing, congrats!!! but just something that i learned, if you think your weight loss is slowing down over time, doing the same type of HIIT every day may cause stress & muscle overload which can actually make losing weight and gaining muscle harder. i’ve found that mixing different types of workouts and exercise between the days you do HIIT is the best way to consistently work towards your goals! your muscles need about 48 - 72 h in between HIIT workouts specifically to recover so that you can put your best effort in with every workout ☺️ i wish you the best of luck!! 🌟
@@leahdevilliers2887 hey girly!!! so what you mean is that if we feel the progress is slow we should vary from 1 hiit routine and another routine that maybe targets legs and glutes or upper body, etc... lol sorry this weight loss thing is always so confusing for me
I like a combo throughout the week of HIIT/Tabata, weights, yoga (daily warm ups), and regular cardio. I get bored easily during workouts so having these fun mood booster cardio videos helps me on days that I don’t feel motivated.
Started following Jo last year (2023) and finally worked up the courage to start working out about 3 months ago this year. I haven’t been as consistent as I’d like to be but I’m happy to say that I’ve worked out at least 3 days a week for the past 3 weeks and I find myself not being picky on duration or workout tags. I usually shy away from HIIT workouts (or anything up to 30mins even) but when this one showed up on my TL this morning, I opened it without hesitating. I haven’t even bothered checking my weight for progress, I’m just focused on getting strong and eating well. Thank you so much Jo for all you do for us! ❤❤❤
Thank you Jo, I've been trying to lose weight for so long doing TH-cam videos at home but getting nowhere. Your walking workouts have changed that. I'm on 2 weeks straight and can feel the difference! 30 - 40 mins are about right for me. Your fun and simple moves and your great attitude are amazing, thanks again xxx
Thank you for this, Jo! From 85kg to 82 kg thanks for all your 30mins vids. I've been consistently working out using your videos as my guide for about 3 weeks now, 5 times a week. I also eat with portion control I tryand try and Yeyy, I lose 3 kg by being happy and not turtoring myself. Thank you, and may God bless you more.✨
3 months postpartum here and I always struggled to find a workout at home and this one right here! Had me sweating like I was in labor again😅 thank you so much🥰❤️
Thank you!! I’m starting my journey today. Day 1: ✅ 210.8 Day2: ✅ (I got back to my apartment late because of rehearsals but I did it!! I feel so proud of myself. 🙏🏾) Day3: Rest day ( I didn’t do the workouts today cuz I took 11,768 steps today, and it was a really busy day) Day4:✅ Day5: Rest Day ( I got back of rehearsal at 12:30 am)
I wanna thank you so much for your help! Last year I struggled with my weight and tried going to the gym, strength training, ab workouts, calorie deficit and after months I saw minimal change and gave up. Last month I started doing your workouts 4-5 times a week and I've seen such a huge difference! I've lost so much fat and getting lean. I haven't made drastic changes either just more water and less sugar. You make me so happy to work out and I feel so good after. Thank you so much! Sorry for the long message lol
@@javeriairfan6602 Honestly it took me a while to figure out what to do. I started with her 15 min fast work out and 20 min tabata. Now I do this one and her strength training one. Honestly consistency is key. My results came in when I stopped looking for them. Just let it happen and it'll be great!
yo this workout is the ONE. warm up, grind, and a great cool down. after a long day of work in the office, this is the ONE guys. i feel so good rn. thank you, Jo. Bravo ❤
I decided a week ago I was going to start taking better care of myself after getting out of a really toxic friendship and ended up stumbling upon Jo on tiktok and I’m so so thankful I did. This is only my third time doing one of her workouts due to recovering from being sick and I still find myself excited to do it the next day. She is just so inspiring and her smile just makes you feel like ‘maybe I don’t need to slow down’ or ‘maybe I can finish this rep with the same intensity’. I find myself taking off my headphones when she pops up on screen to give me encouragement and hyping myself up when the next set starts. So, to end my long long rant I just wanted to say thank you for being you and inspiring so many people to start moving and making it fun!
Dear Jo, thank you for this workout. I've been struggling to motivate recently with getting out of bed and getting on it, and this morning was the same, but I got up, turned on my laptop, did *this* workout and I'm so grateful I took the time to follow you, show up today and get some exercise in the bank. Your joyful and cheery demeanour is a tonic! Love from Manchester, UK x
61 years old and recovering from vertigo issues. I think you’re phenomenal videos are going to help me heal. So good for the body and spirit! Thank you!
After staying on the beginner playlist for close to a month, this was my first intermediate workout. I finished the workout, had to stop a couple of times, but I did it! Thank you so much for showing me that I can push myself while not feeling like complete crap right after. Coming back to this for sure tomorrow!
ngl I usually avoid things that include the word “HIIT” in them like I avoid COVID, but this was great! Not too challenging but definitely worked hard 🥰 I have sweat dripping off my nose so I know I did something right! Ty for being so real in your vids, seeing you smile or modify up or down makes me feel like I’m working out with you & I just think you’re one of the 2 authentic people on yt making vids 🥺🥰
hahah yess HIIT can be challenging but im glad you gave it a shot today! Thank-you for your super kind words!! Hope we can catch another workout again together soon Haley!
Hi !!!I just wanted to say that I've been following Jo for close to two years now. I really want to thank her for making workouts that are so accessible and fun !!! I have lost weight - the lost surprising being how much my legs have thinned - but most importantly, I feel like I'm getting strong and that's amazing. Thank you so much 😊
1st day doing this! Already done and extra sweaty and motivated! I'll come back in 30 days 😉 I used the HIIT option in my Mi band and it says I burned 255 kcal! So excited to see my progress and the results 😊 Edit: I forgot to comment here a month ago! Two months later I'm working out six hours a week with her videos and I lost 9 pounds! (4.1kg). I do her dumbbell workouts to build muscle, and maintain a healthy calorie deficit. Seems slow but we know who wins the race right? I couldn't be happier with the way I feel tbh. I'll keep going and comment here a couple months from now!
@Alèxia R.P yess I feel like swimming in my sweat 👀 it's my third day of diet and my second with Jo. We should Keep pushing forward! good luck to you too
Hi there! I just found this channel 3 days ago and I’ve done a workout each day. I’m absolutely loving it. I am a WW coach who hit menopause and is currently outside my goal. I am using my WW knowledge and these workouts to get myself back to goal. I will keep you posted on how I am doing.
The first time in a long time I've been able to finish a complete work out without needing to stop. I'm so proud of myself, thank you for keeping it high energy
I always come back to Jo because she covers every inch of the body for a good workout. Her moves are incredibly and really do work. I’m losing inches and bloat and gaining so much confidence from her videos. She is a wonderful soul. Thank you Jo God bless you and your family 🙏🏽❤️ xx
Anyone doing this workout while also having that feeling of exercising with friend whose always seems like a sunshine, happy, and loves doing work out? You make me feels like doing this workout with a friend who is interacting with me with her body language, without the need of talking and interrupting my concentration while working out. Mucho gracias!!! Love your videos!!!
I’m on day 8/9 doing these workouts. I come home from work and I get to it straight away. It’s so much fun. I don’t have that pressure anymore to go to the gym. I can wear whatever and just get on with it. I can’t wait to keep going forward and see how I can transform my body. Thanks Jo. I love all these workouts ❤
First workout post COVID and I just got my period. Lost all my progress over the last two weeks and I seriously thought I couldn’t do it today but I did. You motivate me so much with your positive attitude. I’m so ready to get back into working out. ❤️😊
Workout 6 in the books 💪🏼💪🏼 280 cal burned 💦 Thank you so much jo!! I’m studying for a big exam and your workouts give me a good 30min break to de-stress and wake up❤️ thank you!
I am so obsessed and addicted to her workouts everyday. She is a blessing to the fitness industry. I love her smile and positive energy!!! When Jo smile and helps u to stay focus and consisted; u can't help but physically change from the inside out.
Love these kind of workouts on the days I don’t lift. And your energy is amazing as always. Thank you for changing my way of thinking when it comes to working out ♡🙏🏼 I am forever grateful that I found your channel 🤗🙌🏼
Love your workouts. They are what I look forward to after a long day at work. I am a receptionist at a high school and it gets pretty hectic sometimes but I look forward to 3:30 cause I know I'm coming home to work out with you!!!❤
I'm obsessed with your videos because it doesn't only helps you loose weight but also helps your mind for it won't make you feel pressure. You just gotta enjoy, have fun and dance.

I forgot to message during my first workout. This is my third day working out with Jo. I really love her positive energy. It motivates me to continue. I look froward to growing too.
Jo, you have me looking forward to working out! What kind of magic is this?! Lol I'm down 30lbs so far, and I'm looking forward to losing the next 30! Thank you for helping me get fit!
This was my 8th day in a row doing Jo's workouts and I can't believe I'm already seeing results. Not only do my clothes seem to be fitting better, but I feel less bloated throughout the day and am sleeping better. Feeling excited to work out each day is a new experience for me, it used to be such a chore, but I find myself looking forward to it. Jo has really cracked the code on accessible and effective workouts. Brava!
Wow I can't lie I was not expecting to sweat as much as I did! I'm so glad I tried this workout- I feel good, refreshed and energised. This was way more impactful than 30 minutes on the treadmill- I really feel like I WORKED!
Haha!! this happens to me as well with her workouts. In fact, i’m thinking of getting off my gym membership and stick with Jo’s workouts, I even have small dumbbells at home that I can use😁 Jo’s workout make me sweat and move more than the treadmill or the stairmaster…and it’s more fun! I love her channel😻
I have done like maybe 15 of these Grow with Jo work out and I have loved it so much. It’s a great way to increase step count (and obviously fat burn!) for rainy days which London is suffering from at the moment. Thanks for this, and all the community progress vids are so encouraging to watch!!!! Doing these workouts also make me want to eat super healthily so to keep the good mood going for the rest of the day. Kudos to you!
OMG! Do these workouts if you’re not feeling it or just not looking for something too intense. It was really a MOOD BOOSTER! Time flew by, i sweated a fair bit and got my HR up fast! Enjoyed following through the end of the stretches, it was amazing❤🎉 Fitbit stats: 149bpm avg, 168bpm max, 212cals
I've been following jo's 30-40 mins workout clips for 6 days in a week, its already 10 days and I've successfully lost 1 kg till now. also added fruits and nutrients to my diet.
These workouts have saved me since having my second baby! I get my sweat on but all the moves are very doable. Thanks Jo! You know how to make working out fun!
I did it!!!!! My first time doing this workout and i love it!!!!! I stopped twice because of intensity. But i accomplished it!!!!! This workout is my new favorite workout. I luv the warmup, workout and cool down part.❤
This is my first 30-min workout with you since I gave birth 9 weeks ago! I nearly quit twice 😅 But I’m so glad I pushed through. I’ve been doing your 15-min and 20-min workouts for the first 2 weeks and thought that I’m ready for longer workouts now. I’m so ready to lose all the extra weight that I gained! Thanks for such a great workout, Jo!
I am so excited you help me move. I lost a 100lbs 2 years ago. I got pregnant and gain most of it back. I am back at it and since January I have lost 35lbs. Hi! I just want to say I did this every day for 30 days, and this was SO good for me! I'm not sure about total loss, but there's a significant change to how my clothes fit. On to the next Grow With Jo Challenge!
I’m a mom of a one and a half year old, and this year I have promised myself to get back to being my healthy active self. Not only for me to feel good again in my own skin, but to be an example to my daughter as well. I just found Jo’s channel this week, and I’ve done three workouts this week. This was the first day I found this one. When she said smile it instantly cheered me up and made me want to push harder. Thank you Jo, for this amazing workout. I didn’t think I was going to be able to finish it, but I did. And man does this momma feel good. You are a beast! Much love. 🤍
Im gonna start it from tomorrow morning. I'll be updating every day . Im so excited to try this workout. I'll be a better and healthy version of myself ❤🧘♀️ Day1: done 👍🏻. I'm sweating and i feel good. Day2 : done ✌🏻. Day3: complete💯. I feel good after doing her workout .
I'm starting this challenge today and I want to continue doing it for 40 days. My starting weight is 81.5. ☑ Day 1 :I felt like giving up for a while, but with Jo's energy, I finished the video. I feel like it will get easier day by day.
I really didn’t want to exercise today but I did it and I’m so happy I did! I love your workouts they are fun and you keep them interesting. They are also so effective!!
I can truly say that whenever I feel that I lose track of myself and body, and want a way to regain my confidence is actually by watching your exercises and your positive messages, really glad to find your channel
a couple weeks ago I dislocated my elbow rock climbing and I've been in a slump while I've been recovering. as someone who's really active I realized how fatigued I am and how much brain fog I have when I'm not being active. I still can't use my arm for anything but I remembered how much I love this channel and I am feeling so good after my first workout in a few weeks. it was definitely challenging too haha, thank you Jo! such a boost in my mood, the best I've felt in weeks.
Definitely adding this to my workout routine ! I sweated bullets. It was challenging but not like death challenging which I like. I burn 311 total calories and 252 active calories doing this ! Thank you jo! I’m a new subscriber. Edit I’m 5’6 and weigh about 200 pounds
I would like to say thank you! I am almost 49 years old , I have been inactive for many years now and carry many extra pounds . Along with sakes and watchful eating I have been watching and doing your workouts 5 days a week for about a month now - I’m am loving them ,I seriously look forward to them and loosing some 1/4 or inches and whole Inches in places . Thank you
OMG, just getting back into exercise after dealing with fibromyalgia and this has really cheered me up and I'm so pleased with myself for doing it. Thanks for the inspiration xx
I also have Fibromyalgia. Before I found Jo I could no longer workout without having horrible flareups. Her workouts are the only exercise I can do now and I am so happy and in shock. I am 37 been working out since I was 15 and always intense workouts. Not being able to workout has been very hard on me. Its been 2yrs since I had last worked out. I started 2 weeks ago and lost 5lbs by doing her 10-20min videos 5x per week and not really changing how I eat. I am excited to do this workout :)
@@erikawildberger3417 hi Erika, thanks for this, it's nice to know I'm not alone. It's so hard isn't it when you have fibro and you wanna keep fit. I just have to see how I am on the day bur these videos have been great for not only the fitness aspect but my mood too. Good luck and keep well x
I’m a 66-yr young woman who has been doingJo’s videos a couple of times a week for about a month.I’m happy to share that I was able to do almost all the exercises from this videos morning. Not all…but almost. Here’s to making progress.
Wow Great job ! So proud of you 💕💕💕💕💕💕

Thank you jo for showing me that cardio isnt a chore and helping me become healthier and happier 🥰
Edit: Doing these workouts helped me build enough confidence to sign up for a gym membership.

Awe Moira I am really so proud of you!!! You are indeed one day closer
I had the same experience. 💙 Taking control of my health has been the hardest and most rewarding thing ive done in a while. We getting it! 💯

Yes she’s so encouraging! Sometimes during one of the moves my head is down thinking “I’m tired I’m about to stop” then I look up at the screen and see Jo smiling saying “you got this 👍🏽” then I snap back and I’m like ok I got this just push! Lol…I love her
Aww
I did your walking workouts consistently from Jan to Feb and was starting to see such an amazing difference but had been in a slump for the past few weeks. I was talking to my husband yesterday about how low I've been feeling recently and how nothing seems to help. He suddenly said "Why don't we do Jo's workout together? You always seemed so happy after doing them." So we did an after-dinner one together last night and now your girl is back on track!
Awww that’s so sweet 🥲
I loooove this! Big ups to your hubby for the amazing support!! 💕💕💕
You have an amazing husband 💕
You are lucky to have him, babe, cherish him!
I’m crying at this lol ❤
The stretches at the end were AMAZING. My body was snapping cracking and popping like a bowl of rice crispies

Haha, agree😂❤
The fact that we all get excited to work out when Jo uploads a new video is amazing 😂 I’m ready! 💪🏾

I was doing this workout with my dad for almost a month(today is the last day but we skipped bc I have a headache🙃) and during this time I've lost around 3 kilograms,my waist and hips are less by 5 centimeters)) and my dad's lost around 2 kilograms. Thank you Jo for this great workout!!❤
did you workout with this video everyday? and do you also take calorie deficit? sorry for asking because I really want to lose weight too :)
Fantastic ✨️
How many calroies does it burn if u do it once
@@shadkoy0 265, it’s in the description. But it’s different for everyone you can burn more or less.
My favorite thing is Jo actually does the workout. I love the real ness. So many of these workouts we see the person barely breaks a sweat. I hope with continued success this is the one thing that doesn’t change. It encourages me to know she actually does it and not just putting videos out for subscribers.
Awe I love that haha I get super sweaty and we LOVE IT!
this
Sweating more doesn’t necessarily mean you’re working harder. Some people just sweat more than others. There are a lot of factors that effect the volume of sweat (i.e.; body size, age, muscle mass, health status, fitness level, and genetics.) Everyone is different, that’s a key thing to remember.
@@an0malyk4t I, for example, don't sweat a lot, I even think I didn't do it right because I don't melt like her

It was a workout i enjoyed immensely 😊😊
My starting weight was 112 lbs, (height is 159 cm), and I ended with 107 lbs.

I am trying to turn my grief and pain into a self-love and self-growth journey! Last week I did a 15-minute workout for three days and this week I decided to up to a longer workout and man did it feel both exhausting and rewarding at the same time! Thank you Jo for these amazing workouts that not only challenge you but also empower you!

And thank you for being on this physical and mental journey with me 😂❤

wow that’s amazing, congrats!!!
but just something that i learned, if you think your weight loss is slowing down over time, doing the same type of HIIT every day may cause stress & muscle overload which can actually make losing weight and gaining muscle harder. i’ve found that mixing different types of workouts and exercise between the days you do HIIT is the best way to consistently work towards your goals! your muscles need about 48 - 72 h in between HIIT workouts specifically to recover so that you can put your best effort in with every workout ☺️ i wish you the best of luck!! 🌟

I haven't made drastic changes either just more water and less sugar. You make me so happy to work out and I feel so good after. Thank you so much! Sorry for the long message lol
Waowww! You did very great! Do let us know too which of jo's workouts u did
I wanna lose inchess too but i am very confused i don't know where to start😔
@@javeriairfan6602 Honestly it took me a while to figure out what to do. I started with her 15 min fast work out and 20 min tabata. Now I do this one and her strength training one. Honestly consistency is key. My results came in when I stopped looking for them. Just let it happen and it'll be great!
yo this workout is the ONE. warm up, grind, and a great cool down. after a long day of work in the office, this is the ONE guys. i feel so good rn. thank you, Jo. Bravo ❤
If it wasn't for Jo I wouldn't have been exercising! Her workouts really bring a positive change and also if you keep your diet controlled!
I did not want to show up today but I did! I feel so proud of myself and SO GOOD!! Thank you for always being the encouraging voice I need.
Yaaaaaayyyyy. Another day down. My 5th day nonstop. Started with 136kg. Hoping to get to 120kg in December
Going to do this work out from today for the next 30 days. It's my 10 year anniversary 1 May so I have a goal in mind. Thanks so much Jo!
How did it go? Im asking because i have a prom at 10 june and i want to know what are the results of doing this workout everyday
@@r0t0tuj hi how we're your results
This was definitely a tough one for me but I DID IT! 2 weeks into my fitness journey over 200 pounds. Thanks Jo!
You got this!!!
ngl I usually avoid things that include the word “HIIT” in them like I avoid COVID, but this was great!
So excited to see my progress and the results 😊
Edit: I forgot to comment here a month ago!
Showed up for myself today! Working late nights at the hospital but showed up! Love these videos they pump me up
Anyone doing this workout while also having that feeling of exercising with friend whose always seems like a sunshine, happy, and loves doing work out? You make me feels like doing this workout with a friend who is interacting with me with her body language, without the need of talking and interrupting my concentration while working out. Mucho gracias!!! Love your videos!!!
I love them all equally! I love that there's such variety with cardio so it's fun to switch things up when my mood changes
Awe that makes me really happy to hear, I am so glad you enjoy the variety!

That’s great! How long have you been doing Jo’s workouts? ☺️
@@nalani6806 I started January 3rd
How long did it take for 30lbs?
That warms my heart! You are a super momma Brittany!
I am tracking my journey now on TH-cam and it's not easy, but it is so worth it. You keep us S&S (Smiling & Sweating). I will keep you updated and I will reach my goal and no GOING BACK!
I'll be a better and healthy version of myself ❤🧘♀️
Day1: done 👍🏻. I'm sweating and i feel good.
Day2 : done ✌🏻.

I didn’t think it was possible to finish a workout video that’s 30 min and want more 😭😭 I love this video
a couple weeks ago I dislocated my elbow rock climbing and I've been in a slump while I've been recovering. as someone who's really active I realized how fatigued I am and how much brain fog I have when I'm not being active.
Along with sakes and watchful eating I

Inches in places . Thank you
OMG, just getting back into exercise after dealing with fibromyalgia and this has really cheered me up and I'm so pleased with myself for doing it.
