To make a thumbnail download TH-cam creator studio on your phone and then download any image making app on your phone. Go on the image making app, make a thumbnail and save it. Then make sure your TH-cam video is uploaded to TH-cam as unlisted not public. Go on your creator studio app and apply your thumbnail. Then edit your video on TH-cam and switch it to public.
