Great video - another masterpiece! Love the extraneous stuff so that we learn more about the people, rigs, etc.! It's not all trail driving, but a great family sport!
Its amazing to watch what these vehicles do! And then Rory makes that last climb a walk in the park and the others struggle lol! Nice job guys enjoyed!😊
Hey Dirtbilly Deluxe! I always insist on genuine Dirtbilly Deluxe! No cheap knock off for this viewer! Thanks for living the dream! Or is it more of a hallucination? Ride ride ride!
Tell Aaron to use a small sanding disc on a die grinder to flatten and smooth out around the hole in that steering box then he can use the same fitting but he might have to replace the o ring.
A surface like this steering box is a tough roadside fix alright and JB Weld will hold. I have also used Marine tec (guessing at spelling) and that has held pressures of five thousand pounds without fail. Used it in the motor pool in the army.
Just throwing it out there, but Permatex makes a great sealer for steel surfaces, I think the # is 818 off the top of my head. Really helps preserve the live of the o-rings on our hydraulic lines and other things as well.
Oooo... I think that might be a challenge for you guys... test JB Weld under pressure! Personally in 2008 scuba diving... my expensive camera housing (before gopros) cracked. I JB welded that sucker and continued to dive another 20 times or so until case began to spiderweb but it has not leaked through JB weld. In fact it was probably because it was the strongest part of the underwater camera housing that it held... rest of the plastic just kept breaking. And then to my relief gopro came out with scuba housing and rest was history. You guys should definitely test the pressure JB weld theory somehow.
nah, power steering pumps are like 500-600 psi not gonna get 1500+ on a belt driven pump. the thread will hold it, the JB will seal it just dandy, that dont work braze it
Hi I really love your show can you do more new show for all of us please we will be waiting for you ok happy 4 of July everyone and have fun and please 🙏 be careful out there ok 🙏 I really love your smile 😃 😊 keep on smiling ok I will always praying 🙏 for 🙏 you Mike and Shawn and Rory and your family and friends 🙏 ok please 🙏 be safe 🙏 so you get home 🏡 to your family and friends 🙏 ok I wach you as soon you come on ok you have a wonderful day and have a good night and day ok 🙏 love Lorilee xoxoxoxox 🙏 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Must jeeps are just the body they most all have Chevy engines and drivetrain and some ford and Dodge drivetrain. 😂 Chevy power boy's 😂 Then they say jeeps go anywhere but dont say they have all these other part on them from different vehicles 😂
In Rorys jeep i know that the handle for the pasenger to hold on to is for convenience BUT if the buggy was to lunge forward in a accident it would crush his or her chest. Its meant to hold on to and thats great but if something bad was to happen it could kill your rider.

Woohoo!! Pretty awesome trails around Junction!! Looks like a great time. Thanks!
Great day had by all, thanks for sharing, Jon UK
There is 5 minute jb weld. And I swear it sets in 5 minutes and works. High pressure.
Hey guys! You, rory, and a couple others inspired me to make a TH-cam channel for the trails I drive! Thank you for being rad.
Its amazing to watch what these vehicles do! And then Rory makes that last climb a walk in the park and the others struggle lol! Nice job guys enjoyed!😊
excuse me sir this is a rear steer trail, Rory be like, hold my beer.
Cause he's the GOAT!!!
Nice car i like how they put the yellow on the body lines.
My All Time Favorite Car.

Stock power steering pump is around 400 p.s.i turning and 1400 p.s.i. Dead head.
You are correct, it's a lot of pressure.😁😁
If you hit the right harmonic with all those rigs I bet you could bring down that whole shelf.
Tell Aaron to use a small sanding disc on a die grinder to flatten and smooth out around the hole in that steering box then he can use the same fitting but he might have to replace the o ring.
Happy Terry day Mike and Shawn

Tough trail...
Good times.
Shawn needs a magnetic "8" sign for the side of the "4 lug thug" for the trails where he doubles up.
JB Weld and a correct size hose clamp to stop plug movement.
I lived in Grand Junction for a couple yrs worked on a pipeline in Parachute
I'm glad you guys know your limits. That is your limits to major trail repairs with heat like a pizza oven.
Happy Independence Day to THE DirtBillies ! Woo Hoo
By the way, That was NOT a Trail, IT was/is a Mountain Goat path.
cool rigs
Happy 4th and thanks for sharing!
COOOOOL!
I JB-Welded a leaking header flange (tube-to-flange) using High-Temp JB Weld...it lasted for years.
Yes dude!!!

Christmas in July?! Nope, just another episode of Dirtbilly Deluxe!
You took a wrong turn to Albuquerque and ended up in Coloradie. ❤

I have never had a problem with JB weld failure as long as the surface you put it on is clean and dry.

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Shawn needs some 42 inch SuperSwampers on the 4 Lug Thug
Is that one of those Thunder Chickens that the Steering wheel moves from side to side?
Thank you :)
62 T-Bird!!!
It's a 63 or at least it has the tail lights, grill and rear fender script from a 63.
Rory is amazing
🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟
😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
"My Tacoma can do that!"
Nice
3:17 weld that before you drill and tap it. Machine a flat surface to seal it.
Edit: a grinder is a machine tool.
💖💘💖
First to watch this AWESOME video !!!!!!!🎉 Happy 4th !!!!!
Happy 4th of July Guys...
Exercise your independence!
Could Aaron skip the o-ring and thread a fitting into it then Tig weld it in place to seal it?
👍🏽👍🏽
Is Skip on board?😊
If you can run a pump with a belt, it's not going to have that much pressure. Things change when you run your pumps of of gears.
Google says a power steering pump is usually around 1200 psi max.
Good call Mike, I think you've got a little too much truck left in your truggy for that trail.
Rory uses unnecessary front or rear digs for rear steering.
3:35. It don't matter when you tap into the Not best spot.
Yooo

Flex tape.
Justin still around?
Oh Yeah, What do Peer Pressure Look Like, Mike ?
No glue just a simple tap
Oh man, I was looking forward to see the buggy running the bead locks. But you guys videos are out of order.

Thats why there are 4pt harnesses on each seat.
