We had the best time. A-Rods new crawler did very well for its first time out with it. We have a few things we talked about changing and fixing. We will have our video out next week of this event, So come and check it out, thank you!!
When checking coils unplug one at a time while its running. Lesson for the engine to not run worse. If the coil is good it will run ruff thenplug back in and to the next one. It will not change in idling if its bad. This is how you can find the bad one or ones 😂 just for those who dont know how to check them. You dont have to change all of them just the one that is bad
Thank you guys for the invite I am glad that I was able to get the truck together to be able to join it was a very fun time I was very happy with how the truck did found a couple of issues to fix and cant wait to meet up with you guys soon and go out again
I really like your truck! Saw it on Howlin' Wolf. I really miss living in the Grand Junction area. Looking forward to seeing what you do with that truck.
Thank you so far the truck seems to be doing pretty well with only a few issues but we will get those worked out in time and I plan on just keeping moving forward and improving it where I can when I can
I was born and raised in Grand Junction. Family moved to AZ in 1998 and since then I have been back and forth a couple times, but hoping to move back there early next year. I miss home and I would love being within a couple hours driving distance to Moab, Ouray and other amazing wheeling places. Can't wait.
@@rockabillychavez I'm just tired of living in a big city. 😅 But I do miss home and now that the off roading bug has hit me over the last couple of years, GJ is a great central location for some great trails in every direction so looking forward to that for sure.
Hello to all the Dirtbilly Deluxe fans! And Hello from the other side of Moab. Weather is great, but traffic sucks. Pro tip: Long travel suspension helps around city steets in Moab. Back trails recommended.
Great job, Shawn! Glad to see you and Mike with your own channel, and a fantastic channel it is, to be sure - thanks for keeping us up to date on your work and great rides!
@@bradleymadosh911 Yes, as "frequent flyers" going to Moab annually, sometimes twice a year, from up here in NE WA, we've also ventured quite a bit into FabRats and MORR territory with frequent trips to south-central Utah over to the I-15 corridor. It's our "red rock fix" to watch these videos once we get home - we've only been home a couple of weeks from EJS and were back watching Trailmater, Dirtbilly Deluxe, FabRats, MORR, and others the day we got back! 😁
Yiu dont have to change the coil packs around just unplug them one by one till you find the one that doesn't make the motor die down. Thsy is the one you change 😂 i told you this in the other video 😂
Great video Shaun, thanks for the update on your car .I enjoyed seeing HECTOR from howling wolf always entertaining. RORY AN CHRIS good as usual. impressive trail in Grand junction, trail name should be BOULDER CO. trail. LOL
The mentality of you off-roaders is sort of like The Peter Principle for dirt buggy's. Keep taking it on progressively tougher trails till ya break it. Looks like a lot of fun, if you are a mechanic or are rich.
Could you guys discuss how your engines can pump oil when they are on their sides or almost vertical? I can't see how they can get oil to the engine parts.
Ibtake a propane torch amd light it amd stick it in the park plug hole and it blow out all thengas so its not wet. It will shoot out a little fire bit it will go out dont panic let it burn it self out. This way you dont have a wt plug again onve you change it or clean it. Just a tip also
Looked an excellent day play 😂😅 when you push to the limit ya gota expect a bit of damage, 😂 glad only minor 😅 thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones
Thank you for the awesome videos i watch them all the time and if i ever get to live my dream and come out wheeling out there i hope i get to meet yall one day
Man.. it's been a while. But we would meet our friends from BV and camp out along 21 Road. And of course, run it. On our way to Moab for Memorial Weekend.
Should have taken 4 lug thug to front range instead of the back range but at least you have some character to the crawler now along with more experience not thst you needed anymore kinda looked like everybody had fun 😅❤

That high speed wing in Shawn's buggy saved him 😁😁
Looked like a blast. We don't have cool stuff like that in michigan.

Hey from Iron Dinosaur Racing!!
This is 1 of trails where you spend MORE TIME IDLING THAN CRAWLING 😂😅 WATCH A MOVIE OR READ A BOOK ABOUT ROCK CRWLING 😂😅😊
There was some crazy big rocks to get over in that canyon!
The Thug needed a short nap. Looks like fun I’ll have to add it to my trails to hit list
Looked an excellent day play 😂😅 when you push to the limit ya gota expect a bit of damage, 😂 glad only minor 😅 thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones

Great trail riding Shawn I enjoyed it.
I like you Shaun you just crawl no matter what happens and you stay calm
Damn. Wish I could have went. But it was the wife's birthday. On a side note. Them revolver shackles are trash. Yank them and put a normal shackle.

Motorsports in a nutshell: (1) Spend time and money to make it perfect. (2) Take it out and mess it up. (3) Rinse and repeat.
Didn't ruin the 'thug' you merely gave it some character!

Offroading - a place of mind where people severely damage their cars and have a giant grin on their face.
16:15 :(
A thousand thanks for not putting music on your excellent videos.
I don’t go into the bush to listen to that sort of noise.
4:35 Shawn said a word that starts with F and ends with K and it wasn't flick, flock, or firetruck!!!😂😂😂
👍
