Look, we all know that getting a physique like this naturally, is possible. It can take years, but it's possible. However, I doubt a guy in his 40s can get in that physique naturally in less than a year. He obviously took some gear. Again, I'm not even mad at that. Even with gear, he still had to work hard for that physique. He's not an athlete competing, so who cares that he took gear?
Edit: The people who believe a man in his 40s can naturally gain 36 pounds of lean muscle in a year, are also probably the ones who believed DK Metcalf was less than 2% body fat

What do you think happen to the avg people who have avg genetic who do the same workout as their fav celebrity and did not have half of the result let alone the same result compare to a gear user.
They be demotivated, disappointed, and may even stop doing fitness not realizing for a long time or even never that those people took steroids.
And it's not the celebrity fault either, society condemn steroid as if it's the same level of raping a human being or a beastiality. Slightly exaggeration but still true.
But that doesn't mean what they doing is less trashy. Their action are trash but understandable.

I don't agree. I'm about his age, and went from fat and not looking like I lift, to having roided bodybuilders ask me what gear I take after about a 4 month transformation. I'm natural. He uses some pretty good weight there for shoulders with good form and good volume. I used to do bro workouts my entire life and made few gains over decades, and finally when I did things "right", with HIGH volume, going to failure ever set, upping weight every workout, I made HUGE gains (along with monitoring my diet closely). I had the body of SPAM Luncheon Meat, and became more vascular than even Kumail.

It's possible it's due to dedication, workout accurately/daily, and depends how much percentage of fat he possessed. I known plenty of trainers who stated that if you possess a body fat under 21% ans you workout every part of the body thata you want to get shredded, you can get muscles like him in 3 to 4 months. The key thing is that you never repeat the exercises of week 1 into week 2(aka even week) because if you do then your body will think it's a 👌 thing to do and a result they get use to the stress resulting of slow muscle growth or making your muscles look pump instead of cut and ripped.

He’s a likeable guy, relatable, funny and he’s clearly put in a lot of hard work and made massive lifestyle overhauls to achieve and subsequently keep this physique full credit. THAT being said this is the clearest example of PED use I’ve ever seen in a Hollywood transformation. People point to the Hemsworth’s of this world not realising he had elite genetics to start off with and he began training in earnest during his 20s. This guy by his own admission has trained for years, albeit poorly, is in and around 40 and clearly has mediocre at best genetics. He was literally 25% bf and he’s now sub 10 casually. You don’t gain that amount of size, while losing fat at that age without gear. It’s not a binary of oh he’s taking gear therefore he’s a cheat. No, thousands of people take gear and never make the changes he did. All power to him, but it is damaging to self images around the world, young people will assume that because a near middle aged fat guy became ripped in so little time, they can do the same...they can’t.

I would really hope that he got this body through hard work and eating clean as he says but i have my doubts. He looks great though.

Onika Brereton what a lot of people don’t know is that even those who take steroids still have to eat well and work extremely hard to achieve a physique like Kumails or that of a bodybuilder.

Of course he trained hard and ate well. But the speed at which actors need to get in shape for these roles for production to begin is ignited but gear. There is nothing wrong with taking gear if that’s what you want to do with your body and life but that’s just how it is

100% It takes years to put that much lean mass.

Vladimirvich right on, I’m not saying it’s good to take it. But I’m just stating the common misconception of people thinking that you get gains overnight if you take them.

I workout pretty hard and eat well and in two years I'm not even close to looking like this guy....because I don't do steroids

No freaking way he can build muscles this fast without enhanced drugs probably HGH or Tren. I have been working for 4 years and the progress after 2 years is very minimum. I have to push really hard to even gain 3 lbs of lean mass.

    1. Have all day to go to the gym, and not have to worry about a regular job 9-10 hours a day. Almost everyone that is ripped literally does not go home to their family or is not exhausted after a long day at work, or does not do anything else recreational except live in the gym.
