I've always been a fan of Kumail since his early standup days and it's awesome to see how he's still the same humble charismatic guy and not a dude with a bloated ego. You rule Kumail!
This guy went from being a chubby comedian to a ripped Marvel superhero. All the while being a Pakistani immigrant. Me being of Pakistani descent myself, I have nothing but admiration for him. He makes me so proud and gives me the motivation to do anything I want in life. If he can do it, so can I. I read his article in Men's Health where he said when he broke into acting and got a chance to be in a Marvel TV show, he thought to himself that he didn't just want to be a random character in a Marvel product. He wanted to be a Marvel superhero. His co-actor from Silicon Valley, Martin Starr is a funny doofus teacher in the MCU Spider-Man movies. His character from Silicon Valley actually ridicules "Dinesh" and always has the upper hand on him. But in real life, Kumail Nanjiani stepped up and transformed himself to land a superhero role in a Marvel movie. I think I went on a tangent but bravo Kumail. BRAVO!
@@murtajiz545 I think that more Hollywood stars need to be honest about their body transformations. It’s unhealthy and disingenuous to claim some of these body recomps in such a short time frame, which would take years and good genetics naturally, are natural. Kumail is far from the only one to have taken PEDs and undergone a drastic change in Hollywood and claim its natural. They always are on ridiculous 3-6 hour training sessions and claim to eat only chicken, broccoli and brown rice - a nutrient deficient diet. You think all that is achievable naturally in a year? It promotes body dysmorphia and unhealthy expectations on people who want to look like this and believe it’s possible naturally in that time.
You can tell that this is all pretty new for Kumail. It appears he’s not really used to having the focus out on his physique and diet. Really awesome and inspiring transformation!

He is happy about it, make no mistake about that. That was more meant to be like i didn´t thought i would become that person but now that i am it is awesome
I think the same thing sometimes. I've maintained Kumail's fitness level for the last 5 years and I can honestly say that there's no way in hell I will ever let it go...at least as long as it's in my control. It's actually a state that isn't hard to maintain once you get there and you can still enjoy yourself, just not as much as before. And not to be superficial, but this just the simple truth....there's nothing better than having the confidence that you know you look good shirtless. When I see people who are unfit, I just don't understand why they are that way. I can't see any logic to a fat person looking at a fit person and asking "why are you that way?" It's a more natural state of physicality than being overweight and unhealthy.
@@marcus_ohreallyus I was like that until last year, sometimes the gym situation can be a dealbreaker, back when i was at 114 kilo ( im 82 now ) I tried to work out at one of the gym near my area, I can't get any friend due to me being insecure about my weight and appearance, and first contact I got is a personal trainer talking to me and say I should get a personal trainer ( means I pay him ) if not I will never get slim. I stopped attending that gym right away, and go to another place ( an mma camp) I can see some fat people will get discouraged or think it's useless because at first month they didn't lose any weight, plus exercising at that weight is excruciatingly painful. took me like 3-4 months before I start enjoying it, that time is quite long for a group of people that never move their ass

Yall acting like people take enhancement products and just go to sleep, and get lean/muscular body overnight.
Natty or not, he still had to do his sets, lift all those weights, run all those miles, burn all those calories, eat all those meals and stick to the diet.
This is FACTS
No doubt it still hard work. But steroids are so god damn effective. Soreness becomes less of a problem and everything else gets much easier.
@@Plague_Doc22 yep it helps increasing bench and everything plus it gives u hunger to work more

BRAVO!
he's on steroids lol nothing to be proud of
@Cyberdemon Mike He's not my bodybuilding idol. Idc if he's on steroids. I'm talking about his general success story in America and Hollywood.

@@murtajiz545 racism and islamophobia
@@jaihalai7674 it doesnt promote anything. stop making excuses for people not go to the gym and work out.

What a healthy fridge!. I was listening to this without seeing him and I couldn't pick where I heard his voice. PRISMO from Adventure time!
You can tell that this is all pretty new for Kumail. It appears he’s not really used to having the focus out on his physique and diet. Really awesome and inspiring transformation!

Are you stupid?
I get him.. Going on a diet mind fukks you, even if you're happy of the results.
We all know how these actors become buffed like this in like one year...realy good coaches😂😂😂
