Cozy, comfortable, great condition and views BUT, I would be concerned about the repairs, construction in the cliff above.
Everything is under control, and people have been living there for the last 20000 years, there are thousands of tourists in that village. That’s solid rocks.

Well, apparently, people lived there for the last 20000 years. You can cross the street tomorrow and get smashed by a car you know. You can decide to see danger everywhere or beauty… life choices.
Not for $1 would i live under a million tons of rock cliff just waiting to slide off.
The lot immediately to the left of this one, looking from the river, had a house that was crushed by a rock fall in 1957. I'd still live there.

Thousands of tourists pass by here every day, and the area has been inhabited for at least 20,000 years. Honestly, spend an hour there, and you'll forget everything with such a view.
