Hi, thanks for the feedback, we're happy that you like this house & its style. We don't do mortgages sadly... but have great deals on Currency exchange.
@@FrenchPropertyByLeggett Dude, for real? You expect us to believe you had stabilization ON from 2:46 to 2:56? And what about 5:38? If that’s true, your camera’s definitely busted. Sure, in this video, maybe it's not the biggest deal, but let’s be honest, it’s been a constant issue in your videos, and you know it. Like someone else said, you don’t even NEED a gimbal or some high-end phone to get decent stabilization these days. People keep giving you solid, constructive feedback about this issue, video after video, but hey, if you think it’s fine, I guess we should all just shut up, right? Great way to engage with your audience! And saying "this isn’t a photography or video channel"? Hold up… I thought you were supposed to be a "photographer"?
In fact, if you're ever around our headquarters, I’d be happy to invite you for a drink with me. You’ll see that, in reality, things are much more relaxed than they seem from behind a keyboard, where we sometimes get worked up over things that aren’t very important in the end. I’ve already met quite a few of our followers from Facebook, Instagram, or TH-cam in real life, and the conversation has always been polite and genuinely pleasant. Let’s try to keep that same spirit here for now. Thank you.
Beautiful - I'm tempted to hop on a plane. Loved the presentation by sales lady. Perfectly paced with little if any repetition or hyperbole. She is a gem.
My format is the vlog, handheld camera style, to prioritize my interaction with the agent, spontaneity, and authenticity. This isn’t a sterile and fake magazine advertisement; it's my point of view on-site when I discover the house. You may like it or not, but that's how it is. Sorry if it makes you sick, but judging by our rising stats and the recent sales of the properties I film, it seems to suit the majority of people. I would love to please everyone, but I've learned over the years that it's futile. The videos are either too long, too short, too polished, not enough of this, the music is too loud, not dynamic enough, annoying, etc. Since I created the channel, I think I've received all kinds of feedback-sometimes positive and encouraging, sometimes negative (and I take it into account as much as possible)-but at some point, I choose to adopt the style that matches my personality. Thank you. Cyril - the photographer.

Hello, what you wrote really touches me because every day, I, the Leggett teams, and the agents I meet in the field put our passion for real estate and for France into everything we do. So, I am happy if this resonates with you and speaks to you. We love this country deeply-the beauty of the places we visit, the villages, the houses, and the people we meet. Because behind every house, there is a beautiful story, and most of the time, another ambitious project: when these houses are for sale, it’s often to embark on a new real estate adventure that corresponds to a new stage in the owners' lives. This year, more than ever, we have decided to share this passion with you, so see you soon here on TH-cam, or in France. 🇫🇷
This house is perfection. I wish there was a search option for renovated historic french homes for sale to capture more houses like this. It's so rare to find one that captures the style and scenery after renovation this well. We want to tour these types soon for retirement option.
We're really glad you think the house is perfection. 😊 There's something so special about finding one that preserves both the style and scenery after renovation. Touring homes like these sounds like a wonderful plan for retirement, and we hope you find the perfect one soon!

Indeed, the renovation of this property is fantastic, and they have put their whole heart into it ❤️ for 12 years to get to this point. I hope this gives you some ideas for your renovation project. Keep us updated on your progress in this area. Actually, the bed has a personal history that would be too long to tell here, but I assure you, it's worth hearing. It's a collector's piece from the '70s, and it's not intended to stay there anyway. The guy replies that he has chosen to address you in an authentic and spontaneous vlog format, emphasizing his emotions and feelings on-site. It's done in one take, with a real discovery of the place happening live. After that, I film the illustrative shots that we add to show what we're talking about. That's our choice. We prefer this over a technical and soulless visit because the places we visit have a soul that truly moves us. It is this emotion that we share here. Thank you for respecting that.
And I would add that for me, technique doesn’t matter at all (in music, photography, video, etc.); only the intention, ideas, emotion, and message count. If I have to prioritize one or the other, my choice is clear. I fully stand by this position, which seems to appeal to the majority, judging by the recent rising stats on our channel. You know, organizing shoots all over France 🇫🇷 is a lot of work; it has to fit with the schedules of the sellers, agents, mine, and sometimes Trevor or Joanna Leggett, who are very busy, because we don’t just do TH-cam, you know… So, I travel as light as possible in a run-and-gun style. In the past, I had tons of equipment in my trunk, but I ended up using only 10% of it, or it took hours to set up lights, etc. I think I am getting much closer to the experience of someone discovering the place for the first time. For example, I just got back from shooting a superb property on the Arcachon Bay, unique and exclusive to Leggett, and to keep my filming fresh, I spent 5 minutes walking around and then immediately, in the moment, filmed my thoughts with the agent. Only after that did I shoot my illustration footage. In fact, every time, I decide the format on the spot.
There is a link in the description and comments to give you access to all the details. If you have additional questions, there is a form to contact our agent in charge of the sale of this exclusive property. Thank you.

Furniture included?
I don’t think so but it happens sometimes, it could be part of the negotiation though. Everything is possible, you just need to ask. There is a form on the property page ( in the description or the first comment) to send any questions to our local agent, Isabelle.

Its nice. Way to many bookcases.
Thanks for your feedback! 😊 We can see how the number of bookcases might feel a bit much for some. It's always interesting to see how personal taste plays a role in how we view a space. Glad to hear you still think it's nice overall!
the property is beautiful, unfortunately the video is terribly bad and makes me feel dizzy and frustrated

The Social Media Team
the guy should quit blurting out mindless nonsense.Very annoying.
Les carrelages sont très beaux mais, ils ne doivent pas être d'époque ! 🤔
Trop "parfait" pour cela et C dommage 😢car cela manque de vérité 🤥

Cool Video, ruined by amateur-hour jerky camera moves...Time to order some seasickness meds...
If you want professional camera work go to the movies! Quit being so negative toward other people who are doing! While you are watching!
Can someone lend me some money please? 😅
