    I have about 2 years with this machine and I never did even 15 minutes only 10 or five, and I found your video today and I did my 33 minutes, but I do other videos with you because I have my Row and ride machine ,so excite ,thank you ,you are my motivation.

    this exercise is so hard on me. even tho I already doing 20 minutes daily of your 10 minutes workout twice or sometimes three times. I guess i’m going to hit pause at 18 minutes and I’m going to try it again tomorrow. great workout plan. Sidney💋

    This is one of the hardest elliptical workouts I've tried on TH-cam. Raise your intensity levels and rpm if you really want to feel your legs being challenged or experience the "legs giving up" feeling.
