I love love the Eliptical I got so skinny with this machine do atleast 35 daily sometimes I’m so lazy and rather do the bike but the Eliptical is doing wonders for me 5 days a week’s need to know more about going backwards on the Eliptical now 🙌🏼
The elliptical works your aerobic energy system, which uses fat and oxygen as fuel. The most recent study I read on abdominal fat loss shows that for visible ab definition, targeted ab exercises + cardio are the best approach. So, combine elliptical sessions with core workouts like planks, crunches and Russian twists. 3 to 5 times per week, 20 min elliptical and 15 minute abs. Thank me in 4 weeks 😀
Depends on what you're trying to achieve with it -- pain relief, increased bone density... In the blind, I would be tempted to lean more toward walking (outdoors or on a treadmill). However, ellipticals are the second best low-impact
Watching this video, I learned that elliptical machines are especially good for old people, pregnant people and people recovering from injury. So if you're not very old and healthy running would be better. I was interested in home use elliptical machines which have smaller range of elliptical movement so you would move on in like on a stepper. How would the exercise effect be different from the regular elliptical machines with wider range of elliptical movement? Would the effect of these home use elliptical machines with smaller range of elliptical movement be too restricted compared to the regular elliptical machines with wider range of elliptical movement?
The larger range of motion is better for your joint mobility and glutes (because you stretch them more under tension). The shorter range of motion can be better for joint strength, quads, and cardio. You can change your position a bit (for example, alternate between standing upright and leaning your torso forward) to get better glute activation. Anyway, my honest take is that gym equipment in general is better than home equipment (more durable, more features), but high-quality home cardio machines do exist and if you don't go to a gym, they're definitely a second-best option.
If you dont have money to buy this machine or you dont have enough space to buy and keep this machine in house or gym is far from your house then just do 40 squats daily common and 40 bar pushups same reasult you will get and one more thing use indian toilet because it cleans your full stoamach
screw working out to lose weight. Fasting is the way. Fast 2 days: -5000 calories. Thats' 5x 1000 calorie workouts. And that would be 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs in the gym for 5 days. I'd rather sufer the 2 days of not eating (not that bad once your through that first day). Conditioning is another matter though.
I run 40 to 50 mins a day on an elliptical and I can say it’s best for cardio without any injury’s zero injuries
Exactly, that's a massive advantage for ellipticals. They're low impact amd awesome for cardio 😀
I bought this please tell me how sells works or screen??

Definitely! Thanks for sharing 💕
Yeah ellipticals and rowing machines are king however these machines can differ greatly and that's the tricky part. Try before you buy.

Is it good for osteoporosis?

Osteoporosis benefits from mild weight bearing. You could walk with a small weighted pack, for example.
Could you Talk about ArcTrainer ?
Will keep it in mind, thanks for suggesting!
Is it good for muscle build up ?
It can be (but mostly for beginners). Once you become stronger, you'll need to add weights to your program if your goal is building muscle mass.

You need a balance of high and low impact cardio, elliptical is one of the best

Good tips!
And if you can not do push ups or squats? And if you can not run?
You lost me at referring to seniors as those past their prime. Really???
Where did I go wrong? 🙂
@@Fitnessdy LOL
Seniors can still be in our prime, not necessarily past it. Please dont be disrespectful or ignorant. I hope age well. . @@Fitnessdy
It's difficult choosing the right one
Yes, that's true. I'd focus on durability and options in terms of speed and resistance. I think Amazon has pretty good deals.
@@Fitnessdy thanks 😊

That's a valid perspective. However, some people (like me) can't do fasting unfortunately 😀
Fasting will eat your muscles first than fuel fat. Exercise doesn't.
