I always breath with my belly since this is the most relaxed way to breathe. I peel bananas from the stem and sometimes eat the peel. I never use q-tips. I eat an apple whole only if I feel like it. I have tried squatting to poop once but realized it's silly and much easier to poop just sitting. I have tried not washing my hair and it gave me bad dandruff. Now I wash my hair just now and then. I never use soap. I never use deodorant and I don't stink. My life is easy. Deal with it.
