They just use them to see the employees, which makes it really easy for them to lose money. They teach us to prevent theft from customers, but they only make an effort on their end to prevent employee theft.
What I find scandalous is that we purposefully spend money trying to put homeless people away from sight rather than acknowledging homelessness and spend that money to eradicate it...

But he did save me and I bought him some gas.

I walk down a dimly lit alley every week that has a homeless community by it and never have any trouble these people need help not to be shoved to the fringes of society. Well they will likely contribute positively to society
Traffic light control rooms can control traffic lights, it helps police catch up with wanted cars, they also pick distinctive cars to practice on, so if you drive a modified car or colourful car they are more likely to use your car as timing references

Unless you have a solution to scared, desperate people not having a place to sleep, maybe don't complain about them trying to find a semi-safe area to rest so they don't get stabbed in the middle of the night.
