I'm really glad I was early to hop on this trend, I had terrible mobility and even after only one month of training hard everyday I saw amazing progress and was surprised to notice how few people were actually flexible in my gym, we have a dedicated stretching area and everybody goes there to do a couble of stretches and leave, while I have my program that lasts from 15 to 20 minutes. Unfortunately the reason I started taking mobility seriously was because I got a herniated disk from tight hamstrings, fortunately all the signs from that disappeared very quickly after I started stretching.
You have just confused the two. This is sarcasm and not irony. An example of irony would be like someone who has been waiting for an inheritance for x amount of years and dies the day before they receive it. Or a therapist who treats someone with an irrational phobia of plane crashes dying in a plane crash. If you are from the US then maybe your understanding/definition of irony is different from the UK.
I’m currently feeling demotivated because I have had so much stiffness and muscle cramps. Gentle movement that coordinates with my breath seems to be the best path forward, but wow, it’s been a struggle to get back on track.
1. increasing blood flow by stretching means more work for the blood vessels so don't over-tire them by doing this. 2. If your energy levels are just fine don't worry about stretching or mobility training as you just don't need it. 3. If you go potty fine, don't worry bout mobility training as it would have no benefits. 4. If you roll with good joints then it will be in the fluid between your bones and will make them feel good even when you are old. 5. Avoid mobility training if at night you close your eyes and open them in the morning, there is no mobility training for eyelids and will be no good for you. 6. Avoid mobility training because it increases pain levels in your daily life. 7. Remove the nail will have more of an affect than mobility training but mobility training might make removal easier of said nail. 8. If you want to carry more weight to get extra blood cells by mobility training go right ahead, don't say I didn't warn you. 9. If you think stress is the thing that makes you do most of the things you do, mobility training isn't for you. Hope this helps
While i know that mobility training is good for you it wasnt until points 2,6 and 8 that i decided i should actually try it, they spoke to me on a personal level. The only issue is figuring out where to start and figuring out a routine
Kind of an odd question, but could mobility training improve IBS symptoms through improvement of the nervous system? Such as improving the gut-brain connection. It certainly sounds like it could help at least, but that would make a very interesting video if you can find the research to support it
Hi Liv, very interesting video. Did you do something with the explanation? The explanation text below the video is translated into German. The explanation text of other content creaters is still English. So can you help me out?
@@ilsebill1678 Hi, I had the same problem. Just click on the right upper corner of the video screen, on some kind of a round icon to solve the problem.
I hope you got a few naysayers to watch the video coming from it from a different angle. People with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance, yes, it IS a thing) resist being told what to do and why!!🙃
Hmm. I do love and appreciate your videos generally, but I must say that I didn't find this sarcastic approach amusing. Looks like most people who took the time to comment did though. 😊
This video proves you have a really good sense of humor :) I loved it!
LMFAO. Got me. I was fully in WTF!! mode. 😆🤣
You are great! Thank you for the inspiration.
Dammit! I was looking for excuses 😂
😂
Was questioning why I had been bothering with mobility training until I got a bit into the video lol

reverse psychology, lol.
I was so confused at first 😂😂
Gotcha. It's not sarcasm, though, it's irony. People often confuse the two.
thank you!
They're not mutually exclusive

@@Livinleggings She's wrong ....your video is sarcastic. Or maybe your thanks was sarcastic. Or ironic. lol
I knew when I saw the title it was going to be a tongue in cheek one. Well done.
I was scared you had gone off the rails😊 Great tips and info!
I love how you twisted this. Great job
I had a feeling this video was going to go down like this. Nicely done!
Haha! Very sneaky! The title had me worried...but it's what made me watch the video! Good information here.
Like your sense of humor very much!
Thank you for your inspiering videos.🙏
Ha ha...very good! Happy New Year.
thanks for telling us the benefits of mobility training in such an interesting way
Brilliant video… I love your sense of humour 🎉🎉🎉
I absolutely love this!!

I get it! If you don't mind me saying, I don't see how you could be any more adorable! Respect.
😂🙌love it! Thank you❤
I hope this clickbait video will attract people who need to hear this and encourage them to do more mobility training! Thanks for making me smile! 😃
Hi can you tell me if you have a video on how to stretch my waist? Doctor said I have arthritis on my waist and it's killing me! Thank you ❤
That is it
Thanks for the advice
I’m not doing mobility training on your advice
I’m sure not doing it as you say will keep me very healthy in 2025
A Hug from the heart, my friend

I was hoping to provide detailed rebuttal...she got me!!! Arghhhh!😅

@@bhakti7810 Thanks!
I enjoy my post-yoga buzz. Best served with a good long Shavasana.
You got me at first lol
Sarcasm the lowest form of wit but also the funniest😂😂😂
Th-thank you!
So that's why I start farting half-way through a yoga session!!
You right - why would I want these things... some just wants to live in misery... 😂
I can tell when I haven't been drinking enough water because my joints start to ache from the reduced synovial fluid.

Loved the sarcasm in this video😂
It´s irony
Stretching alone seems to help build muscle and burn fat even without extra exercise
why are there so many dislikes
POM sarcasm, perfect for us DNA based poms. I'm gonna stretch today
This is so confusing - these all seem like positives....
/s 😂😂😂
Love it 😂😂😂😂
😁 very nice
If mobility training is just stretching exercises then this doesn't really make sense. Cardio will make sense with the video though.
Hahahaha you got me
How dare you!!!!😂

ohh girl 🤣🤣🤣😂🙃🤩
I love her snark.
Clever
I regret watching this

🤦🏼♂ Instead of Actual reasons (that would Actually be helpful), we got this joke. Literally.
Click bait
clickbait much? also, cardio has increased my energy levels much more than stretching. but the clickbait title was not nice.
They both are a part of a well rounded routine ❤
Oh, you poor little guy... The title of the video was not nice😢😢😢
How will you recover? Try some mobility.
I agree with you. YT is really a market. Nice to see the socks though.
Clickbait?
Also most of the benefits I can get from other types of training? I do mobility training for mobility….
Unfortunately I have to unsubscribe as TH-cam is showing me your videos in German !
I don’t unsubscribe. Solved the problem. Sorry Liv, I was just so angry at first. Have a happy new year! 🎊🎆
Hi blonde, happy new year.💐👋😉
🤣🤣🤣
😱🤣
Don't watch this video if you want to avoid the unnecessary annoying piano that's been added.
