Let me know if you have had this kind of experience in a foreign country and what you did...it seems to be a risky kind of situation especially if you don't have anyone around you to give you extra cash😅
Normally when something like that happens, if card was reported stolen or the bank has no financie or financial dealings with any Kenyan banks, if worse comes to worse you would have to ask the Kenyan embassy for help concerning that matter, if no one can wire you any money, western union is for me better than cash apps. And if you wanted to you could have gotten a recite or balance on your account. Check your card out when you return to Kenya if your card was visa or Master card there should have not been any👍🇺🇸🇰🇪🇪🇹😊 problems.

Thanks for posting this one.. Sorry for the hassle with the card.. It is all part and parcel of international travel.. Indeed, the family you spent a couple of days with in Addis Ababa have been very, very gracious and welcoming.. It is typical of African hospitality they have displayed when many of us are no longer able to do this.. I liked the way the young cute lady was speaking Amharic so fondly when making coffee even when she knew you didn't understand. It'd be interesting to hear why the buses depart in the middle of the night, if you don't mind, and it seems like it is the norm?
Okay thanks for joining 🙂, the bus departs to moyale at 4am so that it can reach at 6pm due security issues at the border ,it gets ugly sometimes at the border,so I had to leave the house early to avoid any mishaps on the road incase of anything to be on time...so the bus leaves at 4am and I was abit far from the station that's why I hope you understood

My card experience was bad because I couldn't do anything I had to exit the country even if I wanted to stay more 😊 that was bad to me ,

@galalvictoire6317 haha that was serious if I didn't have feti or maybe I was supposed to pay debts of accommodation and everything it would have been a mess since also swiping the card to buy anything wasn't possible since it was blocked😅..thanks for understanding full journey will air tommorrow ❤
@@andisinyandoya indeed you are right.next time we should know how to reach you abroad . pls make sure to go to your bank in Nairobi asking why the blocked your bank cart. have a good rest for to recover full energy

Bird this is not a click bait that wasn't a good experience, imagine if I was alone and I was supposed to clear hotel bills maybe transportation or buying anything that wouldn't be possible since my card also rejected swiping in different outlets ,so to me this is a bad experience...one can be stuck in a foreign land with this kind of a problem ,I don't think you understand the seriousness of this issue ,thanks for joining in I appreciate 🫶
