You both are super lovely couples, enjoy watching your videos as it makes me feel connected with home though not at home physically. Hopefully one day we'll all move back enjoy beautiful Addis. Thank you for sharing.
I am getting close to moving back to Ethiopia as well. Your clips give me motivation. Thanks for all your work. Maybe we might cross path one day. Planning on starting a family, God willing. Keep up the good work. Will support when I can.
Your videos are helping me a lot in making my future transition. Was there in 2015 and currently working/saving to make a permanent move. Love you guys, keep posting!
Good to meet again Princes (I don't remember getting the name of your husband). Bear with me if I am repeating this.., the signature tune is quite cool. It is the same in many parts of the world.. Prices have gone up.. This must have been creeping up on us without many being aware as a result of the pandemic, and of course the harsh measures to combat it.. The price of money (read the dollar) is behind the inflation and it is being imported by all of us who must have it to do business internationally.. Wonderful spot.. Ethiopia has many like this.. I'd love to visit them including the one you were at once in Ethiopia.. Thanks again.. Ngiyabonga, meaning "I thank you", in Zulu...
Yes prices gone up so high everywhere in the world including here in 🇺🇸 unfortunately. All my family saying same or more at home in 🇪🇹 . Beautiful couples! Enjoyed the video as always, informational but fun❤

Hey Princess 👸 I see a very healthy relationship between you and your husband. You both seem happy, respectful, and connected despite the cultural differences. 40,000 birr a month seems a lot.… As always, thanks for your videos
I just love your vlogs so much , you are real honest and natural . It’s been a while since I keep eye on your channel. Thank you for informing us . Damn life is costly since I moved hummm
My sister I suggest instead of using post office to get your stuff from abroad. I suggest find somebody to bring it for you . Most likely you won’t pay taxes on it as long as for personal use.
Post office . . . is a major pain in the butt in Ethiopia. There were Fexdex and DHL offices when I used to live there and fairly reliable. Never had issues with those but they didn't deliver to my place. They used to give me a call and I had to go to pick it up. They said they had motorbike couriers to deliver packages but my place was inaccessible
In the former times I used to get my mails and things sent all the way from Europe in About 10 days time frame. I don't know what had happened to the post-office men. Don't get discouraged princess keep enjoying what is around You With your Lucky Husband.

If you don't mind can you tell us how much you pay for rent in a month and how big your appartment is and which area. If it is too private to share about it, I understand. But if it is okay, may be you can do another video about it.
Our rent for a G+2 is about 70,000 birr per month around the Summit area. We chose this home and area because of the schools and safe environment for our children, however, cheaper options are definitely available.
The reason the price is going up is because of the war on the north Ethiopian . the regime fighting with his own people around every major city except Addis ababa. I hope all peace to you 🙏

40, 000 ethiopian biir is equivalent bank exchange rate 714. But in black market exchange rate is $334.00
Why do you encourage black market

I thought your kids are now old enough not to use those. was your youngest trying a potty like a year ago or sth? Do they have huggies in addis?
My youngest is 2. He still wears diapers at night.
If you include rent and school fees I guess your monthly costs would be 100, 000 birr?
