    I have made this routine specifically for those who can't deep squat, atg squat, or asian squat. Doing a deep squat requires hip opening in many ways, opening the adductors, the glutes, and the hamstrings. There's also a process that needs to take place of just introducing yourself to that position and getting familiar with it. The more you visit the atg squat position the more your body will be willing to open to it.
    When you can't deep squat... It's hard to find stretching or a routine that will be helpful. This stretching and flexibility routine might do the trick for ya.

    Great video! Good cues, the pelvic tucking in some of those movements were key. I got that booty pop so i felt it 😂

    I found that doing a hinge while sitting on the edge of my bed/chair helped me when my lower back was really stiff and wouldn't bend. Thanks for the video.

    Every people around me who can do a deep squat has short legs and never struggled in their life to do it. We have the same body proportions I trust you.

      I see the same thing. It’s honestly taken me a while to where I can sit down there comfortably. I still would rather be on my toes than heels but satisfied with where I’m at.

    Could you do one of these videos for people who can’t sit back on their heels? It’s preventing me from doing so many transitional movements during flows and seated stretching like you showed. Love your channel!
