The Cadillac XT4 has no turbo lag that I can feel. Every other car that I test drove had turbo lag, whether short or long...Mercedes GLC300 (least turbo lag), BMW X3 (a little more turbo lag), Porsch Macan S (even more turbo lag), Honda (way too much turbo lag). My other car is a 2017 Corvette Stingray in stickshift.
Hopefully, they were using Schaeffers 9007 5W 30 and they should’ve put a K/nair filter in to help with acceleration and throttle response And make sure the vehicle was filled up with the right octane fuel
The XT4 is awful. I leased a 2023 Luxury and their’s nothing about it! Rides very ruff! It’s very small and uncomfortable. I can’t wait to end my lease! I’m going back to a Murano! Stay away from the XT4. There’s. It much they can do to improve it! Also, very little features for the price! Not worth it at all!
@@GCCarsCA thank you for replying but how can I trust Cadillac since they could not get a “luxury” car right the first time? I’m now to believe that this time around they will get it right? Maybe they should change my 2023 to the 2024 model free of charge!
Totally understand that the previous experience was off-putting. Definitely recommend you checking out the BMW X1 instead, unless you want to look for something bigger.
@@GCCarsCAoutside of the interior and styling, it's the same. People complain about the ride because it's the same platform as the Malibu. It rides like a cheap Chevy.
Would you take the Cadillac XT4 over the BMW X1, or do the Germans prevail for now?

Nice ride. I like the improvements and the new nose.
It's pretty sharp looking now!
Interior looks surprisingly nice. You boys are looking sharp too -💯 for style
Thank you kindly!

This vehicle was prepared by Cadillac, so I'm confident that all proper procedures were used.
Needs super charger not turbo
Cadillac does not recommend premium gas while cheapest BMW need expensive gas. this make XT4 way cheaper to own and drive.
Definitely a good point that adds to the long-term savings!
It may not be recommended, but I'm sure it'll run better on premium.

Note that the 2024 model year has significantly improved the XT4 compared to the 2023 XT4 you leased. That being said, it's still just as small.

@@GCCarsCA will do! Definitely no more Cadillac for me! It’s really an awful car!
