Buick is a premium brand like Acura, Mazda, Lexus etc. Cadillac is GMs luxury brand that competes against BMW, Mercedes etc. Its not supposed to be a ‘luxury’ vehicle… GMC is business class and Chevy mass market. 90% Chinese parts? The transmission and engine alone are more than 10%. Those are not Chinese. It’s assembled in china yes but that’s not the same thing. Have any idea how many vehicles are assembled in Mexico each year? In 2023 it was (19%) 3.8 million.
It's unfortunate but true (here is what's on the sticker: FOR VEHICLES IN THIS CARLINE: U.S./CANADIAN PARTS CONTENT: 6% MAJOR SOURCES OF FOREIGN PARTS CONTENT: CHINA 90%) Sorry, personally not a fan of anything that is made in China. it would make no sense to manufacture parts here, ship it to China, put together a vehicle and ship it back. And you are correct, its definitely aiming at Acura, Infiniti, Genesis maybe.
That's the problem that what we were used to as "American" manufacturers are taking their production to Asia ( China, Korea) And at the same time Toyota, Honda, Nissan, VW are bringing it here.
Kidding me. Manufacturing cost in China is way cheaper than in North America but look at the price tag! Shipping is $10000? Frankly speaking, Buick is not a luxury brand like Cadillac.

China………my heart just sank.
I know.
I like the proportions on the Envision with the new face compared to the Envista, but I have a feeling this design is going to age poorly.
We'll see in 10 years lol.
CD player?
whats that? lol. No it does not have one.
Ik, lol.
Pros Nice redesign, looks great. Cons. Made in CHINA, not any where close to North America 🇺🇸

Not bothered that it's made in China, most of our stuff is...
well, true but that doesn't make it right.
