This is giving me chills! It's by far the best remix I ever heard! Many attempts at "extended" mixes just stretch out single parts of a song or string together endless repeats, to the effect that any discernable climax is lost. But while you added new, exciting elements, you keep the unique structure and feeling of the original intact.
Like emphasizing that heavy, relentlessly forward-stomping percussion. Or pulling to the fore those trance-like "baby, baby"-chants that make the song for me. Or Diana's mock-adlibs in the few bars towards the end. The highlight for me is the jazzy, ecstatic tenor-sax sample that really lifts the song to another level of intensity (btw, where did that come from?).
But the true magic for me is how organic everything is coming together here. It's almost like you unearthed an unedited version from the Motown vaults and gave it a fresh remastering. Everything sounds so consistent, I find nothing in here that Holland-Dozier-Holland wouldn't have done themselves had they given the arrangement another thought. This is truly a vast improvement of the original and it will be hard to top! It's timeless, it's perfection and the definitive version imo! Thank you so much for this!

I had to have a listen to this mix again as I hadn't heard it for a long time. I edited and retuned the sax solo from an existing session I had. You actually get what I try to do on these remixes and you phrased it way better than I ever could. Tx for taking the time to say such kind words.

From the vids you uploaded here I get that you are a Supremes fan like me. Please go on exploring their catalogue, and maybe you'll also find some of their deep album cuts worth working on. Some of these fan favourites might be popular enough to generate viewers. I absolutely love your imaginative reinventions of their songs and will definitely dig deeper into your stunning work!

Great pulsating beat. Love how you sync up the visual with the audio, such as when they're bopping along in French traffic and their strides match the beat. Really good.

I repitched the vocal there and in a few other spots just to give some new variation and make it sound like DR was improvising a little.

This should be getting wide replay on all stations dedicated to the Motown Sound or 1960's music. Are you getting any of that? Your work to bring out the voices of Mary Wilson and Florence Ballard are just amazing. I'd like to see a remix of Buttered Popcorn next! It wasn't a hit, but could have been.
Not getting any airplay as far as I know. As you probably know Motown is a just a tiny division of Universal Music who don’t seem to know what to do with the back catalogue. They should be releasing and promoting these but Universal do not seem to be very pro active in promoting the incredible Motown legacy. I’ll check out Buttered Popcorn and see if anything can be done.

Yes Marv, I managed to isolate Mary and Flo's vocals and doubled them left and right to give a much bigger sound.

The Supremes are amazing as always but those dancers coming up and walking through the singers - that should not have happened. Looked stupid.
