Hi Mark, there are a number of builders but if you can make it to the Maricopa County Home Show today through Sunday they have a Tiny Home tour with a number of models you can walk through. We are going on Sunday!
I think it would be very good choice, it's not much of a rise and could be made into a ramp if needed. If approximately 4 to 5 stairs is to much then a bumper pull with the lower bedroom might do the trick. Thanks for joining in here at Inside Arizona, we sure appreciate it!
⭐ Unquestionably, the person narrating these tiny homes, seems to have a negative connotation on tiny homes. Needless to say, not everyone can or wants to purchase a large home or the burden of a mortgage. Therefore, thank god for tiny homes.
Hi Janet, thank you for the input, we always like to hear it. Being this was a few years ago, yes pricing has gone up but at the time Phoenix was on par and I only use the last full year cost of living in which would have been for 2021. Again thanks for watching and hope it didn't scare you off!
its crazy to build with metal, it gets too hot and too cold, and putting extra padding just steals space, dont take cold climate ideas into the desert.
What company sells these in Arizona?

What is your take on fifth wheel tiny homes with a ground level bed room for disabled folk?

You can always have one built for wheel chair accessibility. I am currently doing that with Luxtiny right now in Lakeside AZ
What area are tiny homes available? I’d like to be near Chandler/Gilbert
This was from the Maricopa Home Show at Westworld in Scottsdale

I agree Romano, and thanks for watching!
Your comments rush owes that you are unaware how expensive housing is in the Phoenix area. There are people who are homeless, too.
