    To all people who say he's using momentum, that's not the problem. The problem is that he's using crossfit and is taking himself seriously nevertheless 😂 And before you ask, yes, I can do it without the momentum. Why? Cuz I've trained gymnastics and am doing chalistechnic. You know, the kind of stuff where you rely on strength to do your exercises.

      It’s kipping toes to bar. That’s the exercise.

      I use to think that kind of stuff UNTIL I actually tried the movement myself then I realized the momentum necessary and is a part of the exercise🤦🏿‍♂️

    Stop swinging and try to do perfect and you will find a difficulty cause you're using the swing as a power to push you up 🤦‍♂️. 0 strength 😂. Better try calisthenics

      @3088dude 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@GiuseppeFontana. yea the difference is, is you try this slow (calisthenics) you will also be able to do it fast. If you try it fast (crossfit) wou WON'T be able to do it slow.

      @@3088dude so don't you think that crossfiters can't do calisthenics pulls up? 😂 Yeah of course they are able to, but in crossfit competitions this version of pull up is not requested

    • @3088dude
      @3088dude 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@GiuseppeFontana. it wouldn't surprise me if they can't actually do a slow and controlled pull up. If you always use swing, then your body will never get used to used to strengthening the actually muscled that are required for pull ups.
