my low back seems to be my #1 limiting factor- I have to work on loosening up these hips and back while strengthening my grip! Great video!

How stable is that SML-2 when its not strapped? lol. I do like the tiedown remedy though
Not stable! Besides the overall stability of the whole rig for muscle ups, the joint is not 100% tight and there is movement/rocking during TTB and pullups
My hip flexors fatigue quickly any tips ?
Try to use your upper body, your chest and shoulders to create more force, so that your hip flexors are just finishing part of the overall Kip.
