Aww, thank you!! I designed it. 😁 My background is in print & graphic design (starting in 2006), before I began specializing in just web design in 2017. 😉😁

Seems like a great *beta* tool! Definitely can't replace CRMs yet, but hopefully Squarespace beefs up this tool enough to the point where it one day could :) Would love to save on the monthly fees!
They've since expanded it a bit further (in Circle Beta), so it seems they are trying to give us more CRM basic functionality. I don't think they'll ever be able to truly compete with Dubsado, Honeybook, Bonsai, etc -but for very basic stuff just in the beginning or for simpler business processes, it could definitely be useful to start there! You can learn more about what's involved in the invoicing features currently available now, in their article here: support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/17915996407437-Invoice-clients-and-manage-projects And keep an eye on this as they continue to release new features for it. 😃 I should also note that if you're part of the affiliate program for your CRM of choice, outside of Squarespace, you can often make back your money by promoting it naturally, like 'this is what I use to help manage projects in my business.' I rarely pay much for mine anymore, sometimes the whole fee is even covered with affiliate payouts. Worth a look if your audience could also use a CRM in their business! 😁
@@angelicaamora11 It has improved ...a little? But in my opinion, it's still nowhere near enough to become a true CRM. Right now it's mostly still basic invoicing options with a couple extra capabilities added since this video came out, but if you're a Squarespace Circle Member, go into the Circle forum and check the Release Tracker because they're adding more to it that's not public yet. -- That said, even when those other features get released, if you already have a CRM you'll absolutely be regressing (losing features) if you switch, but if you don't have a CRM then it could *MAYBE* be a helpful medium between not having a CRM at all and getting to the place where you need one & can afford to get one. 🤷♀ My fav systems guru, Colie James, says a CRM may seem expensive, but it's $20-50/mo to act like your VA, -vs paying a VA $10-50/HOUR all month --still way less expensive for the help you get with the right setup. 😉
