    Hi Steward,
    Is there a separate budget profit file for each deal that I can create to monitor the actual profit per case?
    Thanks!

      You mean a widget? You can add another value column to your rows.

    Is the Pro version adequate for about 5 team members or do I need to go to Enterprise level?

    • @StewartGauld
      @StewartGauld  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey,
      All you would need is the Standard or Pro for each user. You definitely do not need to consider the Enterprise plan.

    I am new to using Monday with our small company. I noticed when adding a heading in a column it duplicates that heading in other groups. Is there a way to preclude this from happening? Thank you! GW

      Yes correct. The best way is to split your data into boards.

    Hi, I want to capture the leads generated through various marketing activities without manually entering it. How do I go about it?

    • @StewartGauld
      @StewartGauld  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Reema,
      You can create a form to use to capture contacts you can also embed this form on your website.

      Hey,
      If you cannot find a direct integration with your other apps and tools. You can always use Zapier for more custom integrations.

    Hi on the last video ( All in One Project Management & CRM Software) I watched you create CRM under the Main Workspace (work management) so I started there and I created my CRM. In this video, you creating a CRM in a different way and now i have 2 different CRM's not matching. My questions? What's the best way to have my CRM under the Work Management or Monday Sales CRM

      @StewartGauld  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey mate,
      Good question. That past tutorial was when they didn't offer extensive CRM capabilities. Since then they have invested heavily into their CRM. However, both ways work. What do you mean by 'under'?

    Hello - we have completed a trial with the team. How do we migrate all existing data from our existing CRM to Monday ?

    • @StewartGauld
      @StewartGauld  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey mate,
      There are a few ways you can do this. I suggest upload a CSV file of all your contacts information..

    • @adityaasthana4549
      @adityaasthana4549 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@StewartGauld thanks Stewart. The CSV / excel method lets us get the basic data. I wanted to check if there is a way to get the tagged emails migrated as well.

    What if you have 3 deals per contact?

    • @StewartGauld
      @StewartGauld  ปีที่แล้ว

      That is fine you can create individual deals for multiple accounts.

      Correct! The standard plan gives you the most bang for your buck.

    Is it able to mass email all my contacts at one time? I want to send out a monthly newsletter. TIA!

    • @StewartGauld

      Hey,
      You can't engage in email marketing with Monday, however, you can simply integrate other tools for this like MailChimp.

    Hi Stewart,
    My team used Monday for a while. We really liked the software, but we eventually switched to another one. I really think it is a great tool and it will be a great option for many people. I really enjoyed this video and I will be sharing it with people in my network as well. I really love watching your videos and I hope to watch more in the future. Thanks a lot for sharing this amazing video.

    Great and awesome video. I need to do a workaround setting up seperate private dashboards for 13 salepeople, in which each rep can only access their leads and manage these activities;
    Phone appointment setting
    Email campaigns
    Face to face meetings
    Invite to webinar or physical tour of corporate campus
    Validate with current affiliates
    Complete application
    Sign contracts
    Please how can I go about this

    • @StewartGauld
      @StewartGauld  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey mate!
      Yes all this can be done. I suggest creating one workspace for leads rather than seperate boards. And assign your team to the associated client etc.

    I know that you know plenty of details on this sysytem.. all i got from you was contacts , boards , actions, folders, back to boards - sales items, deals agins and again, dont forget contacts, .... there is no definitive explaining of what to do with each section.. heres a tip.. why not try to walk us through setting up a new business from starting at the beginning. Maybe pretend to be a pest control company and entering in your current contact list. "precisley" step by step... maybe 20 minutes.... then the next video on imputing a job that has come through from your client and so on and so on... Videos these days are all too short and punched out for what i assume is click traffic.. ... i have to cut this short because my brain has no idea of what to do to get started with Monday and how to implement my business into it...... still after 13minutes of watching... sorry just tryiong to help.

      @@StewartGauldI also agree with you.I'm also struggling with setting the Monday already paid account and unfortunately, there are no tutorials, or I haven't found ones about starting the real business, projects (I mean how to set, customize). When found your video was happy at the beginning,that it might contain some more deep info than simply clicking on the menu that is quite clear in Monday. Of course fully appreciate your work. There are definitely people who will start from the basic things, but would be great to meet some non classical approach to explanations
