Sir what can you say about using brand new aftermarket 2e cylinder head, like from china or korean made? Is there any problem or mismatch if I still use the same/original internal parts? Thanks
I drive Tazz 2E i serviced it ,serviced carburetor and changed plug cables but still chokes / jets then switch itself off . What could be the problem ? Kindly advice
that torque o head bolts and order always confuses me.........i see u start with center top then bottom center......then i lost visual as video was too fast...whats the torque order and setting for that?
Yeah bruhh we got the same problem past few days. May head gasket blown up. Same cylinder 1 and 2 i got rough idle. So i decide to bring in mechanic so they tried to compression test. And i already lapped the valve and replace the valve seal bruh
Its quite easy. To completely drain the coolant from these engines, there is a drain plug just to the right of the oil filter tucked up behind the exhaust manifold. Remove this, drain the radiator with the heater control on hot, flush if necessary and replace with a quality coolant
I would replace, these bolts are torque to yield and will stretch resulting in less clamp force when re-using. They are cheap enough, they were a similar price to the head gasket itself in my case
Not quite as good as I was hoping for. They do have some white crusty ash deposits on the insulator and around the ground electrode etc which is a sign of burning oil. A good plug has a milky coffee colored insulator and minimal ash/carbon deposits built up
Could you do a detailed video on valve clearance adjustment? Thanks

Hi what will the talk settings be on the head cylinder
Can i just replace the head gasket? Its only leaking oil so my engine is healthy besides the gasket leaking oil.
How are u installing the head bolts?
I own that engine. 3 EE but changed to weber.
Tebrikler güzel olmuş. Ellerine sağlık 👏👏

@@notcompletelyobsolete Thank you so much i was doing it incorrectly and draining from pipe that leads to the radiator
Would it be OK to re-use the head bolts? Or would you recommend changing them for a new set?

Beautiful content
Great video
how many km or miles on the engine
Engine has about 360000km total, it was rebuilt 40000km ago. There are videos of the teardown and rebuild etc
Plugs are beautiful clean
