Good teacher, your organized workshop and reassebly us a mirror image of the way i work ,46 years doing a 2E head now /snapped cambelt only broke no 11 rocker/small inlet valve,it was a good point when you mentioned that rear pipe on drivers side for the cooling system and to make sure nothing is trapped in that area when you put the head on ,great video, i taught 3 apprentices.

Thanks for the content, my Tazz has the same problem within the cylinder the rockers are breaking last time I took it the service I had to pay 6k for that whole part and the whole thing wasn't fixed.. If only I knew I could've sent it to you..

Your cam belt timing is out, if the valve is open when the piston reaches TDC then the cam belt is put on wrong, do not force it you will bend the valve, you must check your crank and cam marks it must line up properly. 23:41

Hi. Does a head gasket sealer really work? My car has symptoms of a blown gasket, white smoke, steam and it once overheated! The oil is still ok, it not mixed with water. The car Mazda 1.3 B3.
my 2e corolla doesn't have one, alot of people say to remove it coz when that thing fails in the close position and you dont have any tools at the side of the road then youre in big trouble, my fan also runs with key on the ON position, the temp sender unit and fan switch stopped working when it came from backyard mechanic, I replaced the sender unit but I just unplugged the fan switch
Hi sir, my toyota tazz 2004 mode was standing for a while so battery went completely dead but when i jumpstart it and drive around the block and come back home and when i switch ignition off and when i tried to turn it on again the battery went dead again , the dashboard lights didn't even got . What could be the problem advice please 🙏 🙏 🙏
I had my cylinder head done at the engineer no taped was set after setting the tapeta and starting the tapeta has a big nok sound what is the the problem

Some jobs are better left to experienced pro's Len agreed, if one lacks confidence for the bigger jobs.

Did you install a new thermostat

@@jaars911 that's why you install original or oe quality parts and have a good mechanic who can tell when your thermostat is about to give up

It sounds like you need to properly charge the battery outside the car, preferably a trickle charge, if it still has issues you need to replace it.

Set the tappets and see if the knocking goes away if not you may have a bearing knock.

The rule says new head gasket new bolts using stretched bolts i dont think can have guarantee
