After this, Duce would head to Florida to do a classic album with Gardy Loo, head to Chicago for the Springer show with Gwar, then head back to Califorina for the Broomfield Kurt and Courtney documentary before being murdered by one of Courtney's goons a few days later. I was 17 year old homeless kid squatting just off of Hollywood blvd when I met El duce. This was his favorite story to tell us young punks with puke in his beard while bumming smokes and booze from us. He tells this story the same way on this video as he did in the darkness of the abandoned BMW building we stayed in together.

They claim that El Duce was drunk and passed out on train tracks and was killed by a train shortly after he passed 2 polygraph tests but was not a "reliable" source due to his past, also Kourtney Loves bass player was found dead from a "hot shot" in her bathtub on the morning she was to move back home with her Mother because of the threats she received from Love because it was believed that she was Kurt's mistress and then the medical examiner (I believe) who investigated Kurt's death who was also a friend of Kourtney was murdered. Such a long list of coincidental deaths that are all related in some way. Conspiracy theories my ass!
Jon Luci, I completely agree that this case should be reopened and investigated because anyone who has the smallest amount of common sense can see the possibility of homicide. In all honesty I was not very convinced of it either until I stumbled upon Soaked in Bleach and with all of the incriminating things that KL was busted out on changed my opinion very quickly and left me questioning why? When I look at the photos that were released, there are 2 small towels to clean up with, a junkie only needs 1 so was the other for his guest? His body was lying away from his center of self medicating, why would he not just finish up,load the gun into his mouth and end it there where he was sitting? Something else that I just watched in an interview with Tom Grant that I have never known was the can of pop or "soda" had diazapem in it. How was that not a red flag to an official? He would definitely say he liked raping people or would be willing to kill someone, but weather or not he was genuine is hard to say. He was the leader of the Mentors, a band that pretty much gained a fanbase and notoriety by being vulgar and offensive. He knew saying things like that would sell more records. By all accounts he was a pretty decent guy in real life. I honestly doubt he had ever done any of the things he talked about.

I'm guessing that I knew him from the age of 5 or 6 on since we both went to Bryant elementary school which was literally three houses away from Eldon's house. As for music, I remember when he got his first transistor radio and upstairs on the south side of his house he had a small bedroom with drum sets in it. He would play on the drums and loved it. I got to try a few times but I really didn't have the knack. We kind of would in different directions in the middle of high school since I was focused on going to college and doing electronics. I remember when he loaded up his truck to head to Hollywood. I have photos of them. Not a lot but I'd be happy to share whatever you like. Kurt turned down a major headlining Lollapalooza deal, and Courtney was pissed about it, plus she was wearing Kurt down, not to mention the drugs and touring. She had the perfect opportunity to pull this off... and with the right connections,someone as shady as CL could pull it off.
Establishing motive is not enough. Every day, people kill their spouses over literally nothing. Kurt pissed off more ppl than just Courtney. He did not have a bodyguard, due to his own choice. He was addicted to a deadly drug and roaming Seattle with unknown persons when he was last seen. Everyone around him felt he was a danger to himself to the extent they held an intervention just a couple weeks before he died. He left early from rehab. Could someone have paid a hit man to off him and stage it as a suicide? Maybe, but why would they try to hire THIS drunken idiot? Also, Courtney said “my old man”-that could have referred to her father, with whom she had a bad relationship. Kurt may well have died from OD like so many other musicians and then Cali, Jessica, and Dylan made it look like a suicide so Cali & Jessica would not come under legal scrutiny. A crazy fan could also have done it, or the mob, or the CIA, or a secret gay lover, or all of the above (a secret gay lover who was also a crazy fan, was in the CIA, and was in the mafia). Dr NH is also the ME for the death of CL's bassist, Kristen Pfaff (KP) who was killed just weeks after the murder of KC, and after being given heroin by another Hole band member, Erick Erlandson (EE). CL was very jealous over KC and KP's new relationship. 12.) EE is at KC's house the day he died after CL asked him to go to the house to look for her husband. 13.) Three months after KC was murdered, and just weeks after KP was killed, Dr NH, who by all accounts was rising up the ladder at work, leaves to live in Florida. His Seattle coworkers are all surprised. 14.) Three months after KC was murdered, DT, of the SPD, is murdered by two guys who set him up to be killed by pretending to have a flat tire. 15.) Lead on the KC case, Detective Cameron (DC), and the boss of DT, is fired three years after the murder of KC for bribery and corruption. He had been with SPD for 39 years. 16.) No fingerprints on the shotgun or shells. So, I think CL had EE give KC a mickey in his root beer (the Valium found in KC's blood) and then have him give a massive dose of heroin when KC was already passed out. EE then leaves and Allen Wrench comes in alone, instructed by CL, to get the shotgun she knew KC had purchased with his buddy Dylan Carlson, and to use it on KC. Dylan admits he told CL about the shotgun prior. Then CL has EE give her rival, KP, an OD of heroin. EE is the only person to be seen entering her residence that night. He left 30 minutes later. So then CL hires some thugs to pretend a flat tire on the route of off duty DT and have him killed. Dead men tell no tales. In 2002 Dr NH dies. In 2022 CL settles out of court with her son in-law, Isaiah Silva, for his kidnapping and attempted murder.

He had many details abut the conversation that were just to detailed to be made up. He passed a lie detector test, which still should have been used to re open a case, even though he dies a few days later, it doesn't matter, the evidence is still on paper and in the videos. This is a case that should have been re opened a long time ago based on just the things that have come to light over the past several years.

They played the Caboose in Garner. I was the guy that booked the shows there. I filmed a lot of that stuff. Our bouncer Wolf. Had a cookout that day and the Mentors stayed with Him. Establishing motive is not enough. Every day, people kill their spouses over literally nothing. Kurt pissed off more ppl than just Courtney. He did not have a bodyguard, due to his own choice. He was addicted to a deadly drug and roaming Seattle with unknown persons when he was last seen. Everyone around him felt he was a danger to himself to the extent they held an intervention just a couple weeks before he died. He left early from rehab.
Could someone have paid a hit man to off him and stage it as a suicide? Maybe, but why would they try to hire THIS drunken idiot? Also, Courtney said “my old man”-that could have referred to her father, with whom she had a bad relationship.
Kurt may well have died from OD like so many other musicians and then Cali, Jessica, and Dylan made it look like a suicide so Cali & Jessica would not come under legal scrutiny. A crazy fan could also have done it, or the mob, or the CIA, or a secret gay lover, or all of the above (a secret gay lover who was also a crazy fan, was in the CIA, and was in the mafia). Maybe it was Kuklinsky hired by the Italians whose TV show Kurt walked off of.

As well there may be alternate explanations for the crime scene anomalies that no one has considered, because they are blinded by confirmation bias.

I never really believed in conspiracy theories I was a firm believer that he took his own life but the two videos I seen with El Duce has gave me a change of heart and I really believe this guy something deep down inside of me tells me he's telling the truth it's just a sad story that we will never know the end to.. he really cared about his fans I remember my step dad not wanting to let me go to his concert and I snuck out to meet my friends and We snuck off to see one of the best concerts I have ever seen in my life he put on a great show he was funny as hell and his music actually was good in a live performance that concert was well worth the ass whooping and grounded for 2 weeks I got when I got home..if I had a chance to do it again what the hell you think lol hell yeah in a heartbeat that concert was hands down the best concert I've ever been to and trust me I've been to a lot of concerts..it just sucks we will never get to see him in concert again or hear new albums because of a greedy bitch needed a cash cow by taking his life or paying somebody to take his life.. 10.) The Seattle medical examiner, Dr Nikola Hartshorne (Dr NH) is a friend of CL from before he was a doctor. He had promoted Courtney's first husband, James Moreland's, band in the '80's. So no surprise when he rules for CL's version of events, as a suicide.
11.) Dr NH is also the ME for the death of CL's bassist, Kristen Pfaff (KP) who was killed just weeks after the murder of KC, and after being given heroin by another Hole band member, Erick Erlandson (EE). CL was very jealous over KC and KP's new relationship.
12.) EE is at KC's house the day he died after CL asked him to go to the house to look for her husband.
13.) Three months after KC was murdered, and just weeks after KP was killed, Dr NH, who by all accounts was rising up the ladder at work, leaves to live in Florida. His Seattle coworkers are all surprised.
14.) Three months after KC was murdered, DT, of the SPD, is murdered by two guys who set him up to be killed by pretending to have a flat tire.
15.) Lead on the KC case, Detective Cameron (DC), and the boss of DT, is fired three years after the murder of KC for bribery and corruption. He had been with SPD for 39 years.
16.) No fingerprints on the shotgun or shells.
So, I think CL had EE give KC a mickey in his root beer (the Valium found in KC's blood) and then have him give a massive dose of heroin when KC was already passed out. EE then leaves and Allen Wrench comes in alone, instructed by CL, to get the shotgun she knew KC had purchased with his buddy Dylan Carlson, and to use it on KC. Dylan admits he told CL about the shotgun prior. Then CL has EE give her rival, KP, an OD of heroin. EE is the only person to be seen entering her residence that night. He left 30 minutes later. So then CL hires some thugs to pretend a flat tire on the route of off duty DT and have him killed. Dead men tell no tales. In 2002 Dr NH dies. In 2022 CL settles out of court with her son in-law, Isaiah Silva, for his kidnapping and attempted murder.

He had many details abut the conversation that were just to detailed to be made up. He passed a lie detector test, which still should have been used to re open a case, even though he dies a few days later, it doesn't matter, the evidence is still on paper and in the videos. This is a case that should have been re opened a long time ago based on just the things that have come to light over the past several years.

They played the Caboose in Garner. I was the guy that booked the shows there. I filmed a lot of that stuff. Our bouncer Wolf. Had a cookout that day and the Mentors stayed with Him. This interview was originally published in a fanzine He used to do. Scumfeast magazine. He now has a blog called Scumfeast. El Duce returned to the Caboose not long after this touring with Florida band Gardy-Loo (ex members of Agent Steele & Nasty Savage. I also recorded some prank calls with El Duce.
