It seems like Jake is finally getting actually annoyed by the amount of griefers in this game, and honestly, I can’t blame him. I once had a game where we lost top goal, wich wasn’t that big of a deal, for me, but it was a very big deal for our Dodrio, who just proceeded to run around in base, while also basic attacking the air. I reported him, but obviously nothing happened. We lost that match, because of course we did. Or did we….? I can’t remember lol
The fun part is remembering that you would get a mic ban for getting on and saying vertbatim "come on guys we can do this" AND you'd lose points for rage quitting... But he/she don't get zilch for basically afking the game. O_O
@@CronoXpono Exactly. It’s so stupid that you can only report someone when they actually *left* the game. And the mic thing is also really dumb. They don’t even check if people actually say those words. You just lose points immediately, even if you’re just, like you said, cheering for your team.

Had a match Dodrio just standing there attacking the air too. So annoyed on how bad these players are..... Kept losing like this and we deserve to lose. So glad Spragles Won but not with these type of players.
That's actually brilliant. Maybe a good sport bonus to help w ranking up. I don't mind losing but boy, it feels like griefing wastes your time AND loses your points AND loses your games AND makes it harder to solo queue whilst the griefer gets..a loss?
Maybe find also an other way than reward player by the amount that you score during the game We all know that backcapping "carry" that make the team lose the Ray fight, end up MVP, got +15 points due to over 100 score, and probably think that they are a great player
I just want to get paired with people at my skill level. I just had to get off because I kept getting paired with people who have around a 47-50% win rate and clearly just didn’t know what they were doing. We ended up losing multiple matches thanks to them. It’s impossible to play a supporter when your jungler stops farming and just dives the enemy and nobody else takes the jungle so either you stick with the team and try to heal or try and arduously farm buffs as egg bomb Blissey while they feed the enemy.
Maybe make it 200 coins per day for good behavior instead of like 10... and then for those who've already bought all the mons. They can exchange coins for item enhancers or skins
I'm legitimately curious as to how these kind of players feel after winning. They're well aware they were just pinging all game and got carried to victory but I have a sense they're sitting there thinking they were the sole reason you won
They’re sitting there just going “See! If people just played like me we’d win 100% of the time! Gosh why is the meta always so wrong?!” Hopefully one day they will all be relegated to their own little world of 47% win rate players only ranked matches so that they can play leftovers, and SpAtk Items on their physical attack carries to their heart’s content.

I play on Japanese server, and people here actually use “Thanks” unironically. Most of the time, the “Thanks” is, in fact, an indicator of someone being truly thankful. There’s still trolls and griefers, but they don’t think to spam “Thanks”. Irony and sarcasm is not really part of Japanese culture. It is really uplifting. Often, a jungler will ping "Thanks" after the team wins an objective. Or "You can do it"" when the team loses a fight. The pings are being used to its intended morale-boosting effect. Maybe removing this ping for EU and USA servers makes sense, but I wouldn't want it removed from the game as a whole!
The worst part about all of this is that they are probably below 50% winrate and still think other people are the problem. I have always wanted for the game to separate people by winrate. Below 50% should put people on a different queue. It is just better for everyone.
Absolutely I keep getting players who fundamentally don’t know how to play the game and when I check 90% of the time they’re below 50%. Just matched with the same guy twice and both times they wouldn’t team fight at 2:00 with us and kept pinging “let’s fight together” or “let’s gather at center”. I get you want to camp a goal on the off chance the enemy has a dumb teammate who wants to backcap at 2:00 but now you’re just that dumb teammate who is losing us the team fight and thus the game. Guy just had no idea what was going on. Didn’t even start to come to center until we were all dead then tried to snipe Ray as a Pikachu.
Also I was being sarcastic about camping the goal being a reasonable play. It’s fine if you’re running around the middle area blocking where someone might run to score if you still have a T2 goal up but even in that case be close enough to the team to immediately pivot to the team fight if it’s starting. Even if someone scored winning the team fight and having the ability to take Ray is so much more important.
Haven't played much unite since Scarlet/Violet came out but watching your videos made it so much easier to deal with these kinds of people. Where I used to tilt, now I laugh at it. to you all.
What we need for this game: Avoid Teammate button so we don't constantly get these kind of players in our team. And mute any Teammate entirely. Not only their mic but also pingas as well
the thumbnail says it all edit at 4 minutes in: it's crazy to me that the Snorlax died ONCE and immediately started spamming thanks. the second time they threw themselves into a terrible 1v3 on the enemy goal situation, spammed I need backup and then resumed thanks spamming. 6 minutes in: the A9 seemed alright at first but then started getting ping happy. Can't tell if trolling cause the Snorlax is doing it, or they're duoing, or had one poor engagement and started blaming the Cinderace. 9:10: good lord the Snorlax really went to back cap with 0 reason to do so. over a minute left, whole enemy team dead. why. End of the game: A9 dies and throws up a surrender vote because I'm absolutely sure it was them. I don't envy anyone that plays this for a living cause yeesh, not being able to take breaks will make you wanna rip your hair out.
The amount of of toxicity that goes unchecked in this game is insane. Obviously, there are probably other games out there with even more toxicity, but the way that TiMi and Tencent just turn a blind eye to all of this game's glaring problems is just wild.
I had 2 games recently, I did something to upset a lane Dreepy either pregame or early game. This was solo q and I don't use in game vc. They proceeded to afk in base and spam thanks if I was near them. The other game I was a Slowbro switching off of Urshifu so another teammate could pick it. I usually main Blastoise so when someone else picked it, it was super disappointing to see that player spam thanks and intentionally throw the game in my face. They hydropumped the Regieleki right into the goal as I was autoing it. I try to farm to an appropriate level, show up to objectives, help teammates level up, and as a defender put myself in harm's way to save squishier teammates. I don't know what else to do to avoid teammates that turn into griefers over small things.
Recently on stream I had several surrendered games that were entirely against my will. Every game had "Thanks!' pings, and most of them were VERY winnable. Something needs to be done 🙃
Yeah, a couple games there are some level 4 Pokémon that refuse to evolve on either my team or the opposing team. Winning those matches doesn't even feel good, it feels kind of bad really. Thanks for keeping things positive though, I feel like we really need more of it just in general.
Man, that Snorlax is a pure crap at playing defender. He provides no value to the team like at all. Not even offlaning, defending the goal, just trolling.
At this point they do it on purpose. They know they get away with it. Lets hope the developers do something about this cause it makes the game not fun to play at all.
Be grateful about that, not only does the message block score and KO updates, it also shoves any actual important messages out, like who's attacking a Regi and if anyone is defending a goal
I feel you. I played with 2 speedsters on my team and 3 all rounders on the next game. What made it worse is that both games are ranked. I've been asking them during the pokemon selection stage if they're sure about their picks. I always adjust to pick last just to make sure our lineup is "balanced."
3 all rounders team is fine, all rounders are that good that you can bring 5 of them and still rock the game. It's different case with other type though
Players that I admire: - Gamers who do their best and LITERALLY KO EVERYONE in spite of the worst hands dealt. But most importantly... - Cool cowboys who give their team a fighting chance by just doing their best, no matter what goes wrong. It might not be easy to see sometimes, Jake, but I appreciate the perseverance from cool cowboys like you. Even if your best isn't enough, seeing you try your hardest anyways inspires me. The worst I had was someone pinging me all game, from the very beginning of the game, for presumably going with a non-meta jungler? This was when they still had the "[pokemon] needs backup!" ping, and it took the fun out of Unite for a few days. If they don't want to ban these people, they need to at least give us a mute ping button.
It's nice to see content creators for this game talking about this issue because it really is becoming an overwhelming problem. I still feel like the Devs won't do anything about it just based on track record, but more visibility to the issue at least let's them know how much of a problem it is.
Yeah, i get that. After some games i feel like "yeah, obviously we lost that" or "whe didn't deserve that win at all...". Especially with the "thanks" players, or the ones that don't evolve but take all farm always.
All of you who go through this, I feel your pain. Immature children like this should not be allowed to play this game because it just makes it not fun for the rest of us who actually know what to do. Do you know how much effort it takes to be that annoying and for what? What do you hope to accomplish doing this? All it's doing is making your team hate you and not want you on their team ever again. I could never, I'm just too lazy. Hopefully one day, the devs will do something about this. Maybe only five pings or less per person, I don't know, and that includes surrender votes. Happy gaming, ya'll. This right here just sucks, it really does. Hello my favorite resident content cowboy, yee-haw! I just wanted to mention a build used by a pro Sylveon player, which was Rapid Fire Scarf, Muscle Band & Focus Band with a black & green emblems build (I personally used a set up you actually recommended, which also has 2 whites) & the moves are Mystical Fire & Draining Kiss. This build was brought to my attention by the very lovely SuperTeeds, I tried it myself & it worked great so far!
Nah, I get like this too. When I have someone who is just pissed off cause they suck at the game. I just wanna lose and I get so angry when we actually get Ray. We SHOULD lose but I can't think like that cause when I see everyone else actually played the game and not being a ping master. And this pisses me off more cause it's a defender who's suppose to zone enemies. Yes, you're gonna die somerimes, what you mean! XD
With just the first few minutes and the first dunk phase u can already tell that this snorlax is not an experienced player, then he just keeps performing bad then worst throughout the match ,such a stressful teammate
I gave up on this game. I wish I could’ve kept playing but with the way that the dev teams have been going I just can’t. I’m off to try league. Hopefully unite improves
Just a warning, league for me was 10 times more tilting than unite. Community was worse by far and there were so many bought accounts and smurf accounts when I started it was impossible to climb. I started playing in like season 9 when everyone already knew what they were doing.
These sort of annoying players need harsher punishment. -10 fair play is a light slap on the wrists. Sometimes you report and nothing is done so they get away.
Ranked should be made where the rank points you acquire should be directly proportional to how much you participate in the game and inversely when you lose all factors are considered, goals scored, enemies killed, assists made, damage dealt, damage received, and damage recovered so that even if you win or lose the griefers will get penalized And while they are at it they should also change how MVP points work because sometimes I don't understand how specific trainers get such high MVP scores
It’s funny because my buddy and I played 5 games back to back with a teammate that basically gave up at 5 minutes. Unite does not care at all though, so long as their pockets are lined from cosmetics
Yesterday i had a similar game. We were down like 300 points and it was endgame time, a pikachu did nothing, was complaining and insulting us... The pikachu stopped playing aroun 5 min in the match, so we had one player less, and he was getting kod on purpose, just running towards the enemy, stealing our jungle and then giving them exp. At the end, enemy team managed to do regieleki slightly before ray, i told my team to ignore it and head to ray, but they all died and enemy team decided to push with the regi, i managed to solo rayquaza, but pikachu didnt help at all. He just stood on base while enemy team was scoring on our main base... At the end i managed to score around 250, but we still lost by about 120. I hated that pikachu, because i was just one step to get to masters... Those players need to be a bit more mature and get real
They're truly at a different level. You'd thing they would use such great mastery of the chat system to help the team in some meaninful way. But nope, of course they don't. Even bots use the chat better, and all they do is use Gather Here and Retreat
I feel your pain, I play yesterday and I pretty excel in that game well, I farm/steal objectives from the enemy, I don't engage in useless team fights and keep farming for the late game. And our team mate "Sableye" keeps pinging me for no reason and makes me tilt that I want to loose the game. But guess what we still win because of my 3 other good team mates despite of enemy steals Ray. And that Sableye has 45% wr.
At least he showed up to Ray 🤷♂️ I have had too many games where we dominated the whole 8 minutes but when Ray shows up my team is farming or back capping and we lost instantly.
That Snorlax player probably doesn't know what micro play is lol. What he should of done is block the entrances which is the easiest thing to do as a support/defender.
This is why I have stopped playing. I canceled my membership and didn’t even finish my season pass. I am sorry you had to have a game like this, I only watched the first, but I can’t do it anymore. Game stopped being fun. My wife and I played together and lost 26 games straight from things like this. I tried to air some frustration about it and got screamed at and told that “you just suck”. Okay, I guess my 69% overall win percentage means nothing. So I just quit. If they ever want to do something about it, maybe we will come back. But I get only an hour ow two a day to play something. Don’t want to waste on this kind of crap. It’s only going to scare away more paying players. And when that happens, who’s going to pay for the game to run? Guess they don’t care. They keep updating and nothing changes. Between bots, and bot-like players…just done. I feel you man. Hope it gets better. S
I’m not sure when it was updated but you lose additional fair play points for various levels of inactivity now you can check it in your FairPlay points section. I still think that toxic behaviour should be somehow punished but I wouldn’t know where to start
On another note I’ve thought sometimes if it’s just worth the hassle dying with your teammates who will int then ping all game if you don’t. If you can’t beat them join them since they’re happy to throw the games maybe if you show some solidarity they’ll come around? Just a theory it’s definitely still a bad idea to make bad plays but at the end of the day it’s a team game so sometimes everyone doing a bad strategy is better than the team doing multiple different strategies
I believe they have to do something about trolls and also a new system of ranks. I played a lot with pokemon players that go mid path and don't even engage with team fights, players that didn't leave their paths to help to carry an objective... So, sometimes playing Pokemon Unites is more stressfull than fun. Sometimes I wonder how these players reach these ranks...
At first I was like “that’s too bad, that hasn’t happen to me yet this season when I initially watched it” but now I lost multiple games in a row since everyone else on my team kept taking wild Pokémon so I wasn’t able to level up. Whenever I died too, everyone kept spamming “thanks”

I feel ya the amount of times I get bad teammates is crazy once I had took the jungle cuz I was running a build then a Snorlax knowing I was going went and stole it and proceeded to STAY IN THE JUNGLE UNTILL THE NPCS RESPAWNED TO THIS DAY I HATE THAT SNORLAX
I’m just her following the advice of the mid-video request. I’d like to say something nice about the Snorlax this video. His consistent team-wide communication really brought a sense of of cohesiveness and camaraderie to the team. I think he was the true MVP.
i had a game like this two days ago where i was matched with a trio queue who all spam pinged and tried griefing multiple times by surrender voting , luckily my fourth didn’t say yes and we both ended up carrying the abysmal trio queue - it is so bad to be matched with a trio of bad people spamming thanks and check it out all game
i've had to do deal with so many of these kinds of players on my climb to master. went on a 4 game losing streak recently where i was consistently doing the most damage and doing the right objectives, only to lose because one of my teammates would afk or spam ping in base because they lost top lane!
Occasionally I will ping back "Knock Out the Opposing Pokemon" when they start doing Thanks spam and it was clearly their fault for rushing in on something or making bad plays. I know I have to win with them, but I'll tick them off a bit if I can. I don't try to spam it back though, just a few times. Though I swapped it lately to giving a thumbs up to every time they spam it, especially when they are blaming me for their bad play. I've refused to even have Thanks as an option on my own chat wheel.
I am stuck in ultra 3 for the last 2 days unable to go higher coz I always keep getting shitty teams whenever I have 2-3 stars in ultra 3. Super frustrating tbh.

I encountered a Venusaur like that and same I really wanted to lose but I was able to secure Rayquaza (as an Eldegoss) and we won the game from there. In contrast to one of my solo q games last night when our team composition was really bad (sableye, 2 speedsters, and 2 attackers) but my teammates and I didn't give up until the end and we won that match. The fair play points system should ban the players by the amount of time like1 day, 7 days, 30 days,and long if they continue their toxicity instead of just deducting points
Maybe they weren't mad at Cinderace doing the camp bottom, maybe they were saying hey please actually get that. Pings suck in this game, more than they should especially for a game you can't even type to say anything more specific.

This what happens a lot in most of my games. Though what bugs me about this is that unlike that Snorlax,it's mostly a lot of the REALLY strong Pokemon you see in the meta,and these players LOVE to grief and ping when they don't get their way or they lose a fight with very poor strategy. Like my last match was with a Delphox and they sure loved to point and ping everyone else,while they were busy in the fight WE SHOULD have won and securing objectives

The amount of of toxicity that goes unchecked in this game is insane. Obviously, there are probably other games out there with even more toxicity, but the way that TiMi and Tencent just turn a blind eye to all of this game's glaring problems is just wild.

Need to be strong to carry the trolls
I had 2 games recently, I did something to upset a lane Dreepy either pregame or early game. This was solo q and I don't use in game vc. They proceeded to afk in base and spam thanks if I was near them. The other game I was a Slowbro switching off of Urshifu so another teammate could pick it. I usually main Blastoise so when someone else picked it, it was super disappointing to see that player spam thanks and intentionally throw the game in my face. They hydropumped the Regieleki right into the goal as I was autoing it.
I try to farm to an appropriate level, show up to objectives, help teammates level up, and as a defender put myself in harm's way to save squishier teammates. I don't know what else to do to avoid teammates that turn into griefers over small things.
Recently on stream I had several surrendered games that were entirely against my will. Every game had "Thanks!' pings, and most of them were VERY winnable.

Yeah, a couple games there are some level 4 Pokémon that refuse to evolve on either my team or the opposing team. Winning those matches doesn't even feel good, it feels kind of bad really. Thanks for keeping things positive though, I feel like we really need more of it just in general.

Man, that Snorlax is a pure crap at playing defender. He provides no value to the team like at all. Not even offlaning, defending the goal, just trolling.
An easy fix for this is the "mute player" function also mutes their pings
So that way you don't have a toxic person annoying you through VC or Pings
I can't believe these players are actual adults, but they likely are. These kinds of players are just absolutely baffling to witness.
At this point they do it on purpose. They know they get away with it. Lets hope the developers do something about this cause it makes the game not fun to play at all.
I hear so much about thanks gamers, and have sadly (not actually sadly), never encountered one myself.
Be grateful about that, not only does the message block score and KO updates, it also shoves any actual important messages out, like who's attacking a Regi and if anyone is defending a goal

I feel you. I played with 2 speedsters on my team and 3 all rounders on the next game. What made it worse is that both games are ranked.
I've been asking them during the pokemon selection stage if they're sure about their picks.
I always adjust to pick last just to make sure our lineup is "balanced."
3 all rounders team is fine, all rounders are that good that you can bring 5 of them and still rock the game. It's different case with other type though
3 all rounders is good, but other roles with 3 mons is bad, cause all rounders are well balanced in every aspect, heck even 5 all rounders also good
Players that I admire:
- Gamers who do their best and LITERALLY KO EVERYONE in spite of the worst hands dealt.
But most importantly...
- Cool cowboys who give their team a fighting chance by just doing their best, no matter what goes wrong.
It might not be easy to see sometimes, Jake, but I appreciate the perseverance from cool cowboys like you. Even if your best isn't enough, seeing you try your hardest anyways inspires me.

The worst I had was someone pinging me all game, from the very beginning of the game, for presumably going with a non-meta jungler? This was when they still had the "[pokemon] needs backup!" ping, and it took the fun out of Unite for a few days. If they don't want to ban these people, they need to at least give us a mute ping button.
It's nice to see content creators for this game talking about this issue because it really is becoming an overwhelming problem.
I still feel like the Devs won't do anything about it just based on track record, but more visibility to the issue at least let's them know how much of a problem it is.
They really need to take the thanks ping out of this game. No one uses it in a good light anyways. Besides, you can give thanks by spinning. :)

Yeah, i get that. After some games i feel like "yeah, obviously we lost that" or "whe didn't deserve that win at all...".
Especially with the "thanks" players, or the ones that don't evolve but take all farm always.

All of you who go through this, I feel your pain. Immature children like this should not be allowed to play this game because it just makes it not fun for the rest of us who actually know what to do. Do you know how much effort it takes to be that annoying and for what? What do you hope to accomplish doing this? All it's doing is making your team hate you and not want you on their team ever again. I could never, I'm just too lazy. Hopefully one day, the devs will do something about this. Maybe only five pings or less per person, I don't know, and that includes surrender votes. Happy gaming, ya'll. This right here just sucks, it really does. It's sad that people can't just have fun without ruining it for other players. Smh.

I just wanted to mention a build used by a pro Sylveon player, which was Rapid Fire Scarf, Muscle Band & Focus Band with a black & green emblems build (I personally used a set up you actually recommended, which also has 2 whites) & the moves are Mystical Fire & Draining Kiss.
This build was brought to my attention by the very lovely SuperTeeds, I tried it myself & it worked great so far!
This happens to me all the time it honestly makes you not want to play. I end up taking a break from this game and came back this season.
Nah, I get like this too. When I have someone who is just pissed off cause they suck at the game. I just wanna lose and I get so angry when we actually get Ray. We SHOULD lose but I can't think like that cause when I see everyone else actually played the game and not being a ping master. And this pisses me off more cause it's a defender who's suppose to zone enemies. Yes, you're gonna die somerimes, what you mean! XD
With just the first few minutes and the first dunk phase u can already tell that this snorlax is not an experienced player, then he just keeps performing bad then worst throughout the match ,such a stressful teammate
I gave up on this game. I wish I could’ve kept playing but with the way that the dev teams have been going I just can’t. I’m off to try league. Hopefully unite improves
Just a warning, league for me was 10 times more tilting than unite. Community was worse by far and there were so many bought accounts and smurf accounts when I started it was impossible to climb. I started playing in like season 9 when everyone already knew what they were doing.

These sort of annoying players need harsher punishment. -10 fair play is a light slap on the wrists. Sometimes you report and nothing is done so they get away.
They should just put a time limit on pings so you can't spam them easy solution. That way you save them
Ranked should be made where the rank points you acquire should be directly proportional to how much you participate in the game and inversely when you lose
all factors are considered, goals scored, enemies killed, assists made, damage dealt, damage received, and damage recovered so that even if you win or lose the griefers will get penalized And while they are at it they should also change how MVP points work because sometimes I don't understand how specific trainers get such high MVP scores
It’s funny because my buddy and I played 5 games back to back with a teammate that basically gave up at 5 minutes. Unite does not care at all though, so long as their pockets are lined from cosmetics
Yesterday i had a similar game. We were down like 300 points and it was endgame time, a pikachu did nothing, was complaining and insulting us... The pikachu stopped playing aroun 5 min in the match, so we had one player less, and he was getting kod on purpose, just running towards the enemy, stealing our jungle and then giving them exp. At the end, enemy team managed to do regieleki slightly before ray, i told my team to ignore it and head to ray, but they all died and enemy team decided to push with the regi, i managed to solo rayquaza, but pikachu didnt help at all. He just stood on base while enemy team was scoring on our main base... At the end i managed to score around 250, but we still lost by about 120. I hated that pikachu, because i was just one step to get to masters... Those players need to be a bit more mature and get real
They're truly at a different level. You'd thing they would use such great mastery of the chat system to help the team in some meaninful way. But nope, of course they don't.
Even bots use the chat better, and all they do is use Gather Here and Retreat

I feel your pain, I play yesterday and I pretty excel in that game well, I farm/steal objectives from the enemy, I don't engage in useless team fights and keep farming for the late game. And our team mate "Sableye" keeps pinging me for no reason and makes me tilt that I want to loose the game. But guess what we still win because of my 3 other good team mates despite of enemy steals Ray. And that Sableye has 45% wr.
At least he showed up to Ray 🤷♂️
I have had too many games where we dominated the whole 8 minutes but when Ray shows up my team is farming or back capping and we lost instantly.
100% with you on this one, continuously get matched up with mass pingers consistently making the game 10x harder and less enjoyable
I started in Ultra and the people in Veteran are blowing my mind with how useless they are.
cinderace was like a classic marvel superhero in here. it made some mistakes early game, but it was doing the right thing and got ridiculed for it
That Snorlax player probably doesn't know what micro play is lol. What he should of done is block the entrances which is the easiest thing to do as a support/defender.
This is why I have stopped playing. I canceled my membership and didn’t even finish my season pass.

Game stopped being fun. My wife and I played together and lost 26 games straight from things like this.
I tried to air some frustration about it and got screamed at and told that “you just suck”.

So I just quit. If they ever want to do something about it, maybe we will come back. But I get only an hour ow two a day to play something. Don’t want to waste on this kind of crap.

I’m not sure when it was updated but you lose additional fair play points for various levels of inactivity now you can check it in your FairPlay points section. I still think that toxic behaviour should be somehow punished but I wouldn’t know where to start
On another note I’ve thought sometimes if it’s just worth the hassle dying with your teammates who will int then ping all game if you don’t. If you can’t beat them join them since they’re happy to throw the games maybe if you show some solidarity they’ll come around? Just a theory it’s definitely still a bad idea to make bad plays but at the end of the day it’s a team game so sometimes everyone doing a bad strategy is better than the team doing multiple different strategies
I believe they have to do something about trolls and also a new system of ranks. I played a lot with pokemon players that go mid path and don't even engage with team fights, players that didn't leave their paths to help to carry an objective... So, sometimes playing Pokemon Unites is more stressfull than fun. Sometimes I wonder how these players reach these ranks...

At first I was like “that’s too bad, that hasn’t happen to me yet this season when I initially watched it” but now I lost multiple games in a row since everyone else on my team kept taking wild Pokémon so I wasn’t able to level up. Whenever I died too, everyone kept spamming “thanks”
I must say.... This is a prime Example of why Krashy left Unite. Top Teir players should not have to deal with players like this.

I feel ya the amount of times I get bad teammates is crazy once I had took the jungle cuz I was running a build then a Snorlax knowing I was going went and stole it and proceeded to STAY IN THE JUNGLE UNTILL THE NPCS RESPAWNED TO THIS DAY I HATE THAT SNORLAX

I’m just her following the advice of the mid-video request. I’d like to say something nice about the Snorlax this video. His consistent team-wide communication really brought a sense of of cohesiveness and camaraderie to the team. I think he was the true MVP.
i had a game like this two days ago where i was matched with a trio queue who all spam pinged and tried griefing multiple times by surrender voting , luckily my fourth didn’t say yes and we both ended up carrying the abysmal trio queue - it is so bad to be matched with a trio of bad people spamming thanks and check it out all game
i've had to do deal with so many of these kinds of players on my climb to master. went on a 4 game losing streak recently where i was consistently doing the most damage and doing the right objectives, only to lose because one of my teammates would afk or spam ping in base because they lost top lane!
Occasionally I will ping back "Knock Out the Opposing Pokemon" when they start doing Thanks spam and it was clearly their fault for rushing in on something or making bad plays. I know I have to win with them, but I'll tick them off a bit if I can. I don't try to spam it back though, just a few times. Though I swapped it lately to giving a thumbs up to every time they spam it, especially when they are blaming me for their bad play. I've refused to even have Thanks as an option on my own chat wheel.

I am stuck in ultra 3 for the last 2 days unable to go higher coz I always keep getting shitty teams whenever I have 2-3 stars in ultra 3. Super frustrating tbh.
MF Sylveon always has great numbers but it suffers in teamfights as it's moves are single target.

I encountered a Venusaur like that and same I really wanted to lose but I was able to secure Rayquaza (as an Eldegoss) and we won the game from there. In contrast to one of my solo q games last night when our team composition was really bad (sableye, 2 speedsters, and 2 attackers) but my teammates and I didn't give up until the end and we won that match. Why can't all games be like this? 😭

The fair play points system should ban the players by the amount of time like1 day, 7 days, 30 days,and long if they continue their toxicity instead of just deducting points
Maybe they weren't mad at Cinderace doing the camp bottom, maybe they were saying hey please actually get that. Pings suck in this game, more than they should especially for a game you can't even type to say anything more specific.

This what happens a lot in most of my games. Though what bugs me about this is that unlike that Snorlax,it's mostly a lot of the REALLY strong Pokemon you see in the meta,and these players LOVE to grief and ping when they don't get their way or they lose a fight with very poor strategy. Like my last match was with a Delphox and they sure loved to point and ping everyone else,while they were busy in the fight WE SHOULD have won and securing objectives
