    Yumm. Usually i cant eat at the morning but get irritated when my blood sugar is low. So for me raw fruit is a favourite. Although Ayurveda advises that i favour cooked over raw.... But i really like the idea of keeping those vitamins instead of cooking them away. Thank you. your energy inspires me a lot!! ❤

    Thanks Radhi! I currently work during the evening so it's been hard to have proper lunch and dinner because I need to get ready to work at eleven, leave the house and I come back home at nine.
