That Camry probably doesn't handle nearly as well, however. A FWD car will always have more weight over the nose. Besides, a luxury car is, by definition, not supposed to be 100% about performance. There's a compromise.
It seems weird why anyone would buy this when you can get the 350 for not much more and actually have a car that has some performance. They already have the 200t as a cheaper slower model
I know, I went to a lexus dealer and the sales guy tells me they barely sale 350s. The 300s are the one that peope buy more. Shame because I want a used 350 with few options and its hard to find
As ARentz07 mentioned. It's the exact same car as the 350. The only difference is that the OEM default ECU limits the 300 to 260hp. If you know people that knows how to tune and flash your ECU then you can unlock the 311hp.
This car makes no sense at all!!!! it has a few more ponies than the 2.0t and also a few more lbs. the IS350 is under powered why not add so horses to that engine and drop this one all together.
Nice car no doubt about it. Tested one prior to buying the BMW. BMW has more power, better feel and handling, more room, better AWD. Better car in every way. Next Gen 300AWD should be amazing though.
To be honest, it still does 0-60 in about 6 seconds, which isn't bad for 255 horsepower. I own the 300 and can say that while it doesn't feel like 300 horsepower, it is not slow and is responsive. There are tunes out there that basically turn the IS 300 into a 350 anyway. ;)
Even older, my 03 G35 sedan has 260/260 from a 3.5 The Coupe has 280, though everyone on the forums insists they both have the same amount of power a the dyno, the sedans are just rated lower to make the coupes look sportier.
It’s the company’s signature grill which is carried across their models just like Mercedes’ signature grill is carried over on all their models . And it’s not ugly, it actually looks good. This is why you’re not on the design team for Lexus. Lol.

And that is why Audi was rated #1 in Consumer Reports for 2017.

Well, as an owner, $$$ is the reason. :) There are tunes out there that make this car into a 350 anyway, since power is only limited by the ECU.

Why does Lexus feel it necessary to put that ugly Predator alien face front end on every single vehicle in their line?
Its a sporty design especially the sport trim
