Ordered TV on 22 oct , Tv not shipped till date 10 nov, EMI started, issue not solved even after multiple calls to customer care,what’s app, chat bot, emails nothing worked, be careful before ordering from lg india website, it may be my individual experience but be cautious. I never expected from such a reputed company like LG

@@LGIndianow new story started from your WhatsApp team, they are saying there is glitch in delivery, so you have to wait 10 to 15 days for cancellation and refund, even for updating in account as cancelled it will take 10 to 15 days it seems

bought it, was very disappointed in the refresh rate, some sources cited it having 120hz, it's only 60hz. Also for some reason it struggles with disney plus, and i had to deactivate ipv6 to make it work. Connectivity is also downgraded, all smart tvs should be wifi 6 at least by now
