- In this vid, I share my journey of learning to love and accept my body while healing my relationship with food. Learning to break free from harmful eating habits and enjoying the journey of exploring new recipes that my body will love is an everyday act of self love. Also, overcoming negative body image and loving the skin you are in is essential to the healing journey. Ask yourself this: If you had to do it all over again would you do it the same skin you're in?

Grilled chicken greek salad Ingredients below 🌱
kale chopped
boneless skinless chicken thighs
red onion
grape tomatoes halved
cucumber small diced
cooked orzo
banana peppers
feta cheese
croutons
Homemade Salad Dressing🌱
greek yogurt
Vegan mayo
lemon juice
garlic powder
onion powder
dill+parsley
I also added some Olive Garden Italian dressing just because I’m extra .. SO good 👌🏽🌱
