    People wanting to have any kind of home gym should watch this. It's clear you bought the equipment that met your actual fitness goals as well as your workout area and budget. You see people spend so much money on workout equipment before they have a real workout routine figured out.

    Hello~一點建議
    1.若只有一個人在家用槓鈴做squat 和 bench press ,沒有護槓很危險。
    2.deadlift動作下背沒和髖一起啟動,下背在最後行程才往上提,容易受傷。(你的槓片直徑比較小,導致你啟動姿勢過低。椅子可以找矮一點或是硬舉墊再墊高一點)

    …you’re getting so buff the screen hardly contains your image?…I agree with the order of your choices and….whoaaa!-pullups!?..when do we get a posing demo?…kettlebell just misses your head-CAREFUL…
