How about I just tried to contact Sony and they told me that they don't got no hardware they can't do no no nothing can't even speak with an agent they have no agents available and all this other stuff.
What? They have to provide the coverage. It's unacceptable, they can send from another country if they are out of units. My blue light flashes can see ps logo then blank screen after a force shut down it starts working. But I'm not having it. This happens randomly 3 to 4 times week. I'm thinking of sending to repair. But my main issue is, what If it does not happen when they test it. It will be a waste of time I don't know know to do.
In my opinion, it's best to be safe than sorry. You don't know if this problem will become worse in the future, when your warranty can be already over. You have the right to a flawless and functional system. I would record this issue on the cell phone, before sending it (in case it does not happen with them), to have a proof if it comes to a legal action. And write, in the form, this is a transitory problem. You can even save the video online and provide them with the address, so they can check it out if they want.
Check when your warranty ends. And keep testing it daily, for at least 1 hour. After 1 hour it should be hot enough, so you can restart it to see if the issue happens. At the first sight of the problem, record it, then send. If nothing happens after the daily stress test, it might have been caused by a specific installed game that was corrupted or a loose cable.
Sorry to hear that! But start the process asap to receive your new PS5, it's really quick. And I hope you have ps+ cloud saves, because I lost all my progress on ps5 games, for not having it on this account.😕
same here. french support doesnt even answer when im calling, so i write to them email, and micromania fr. I cant even go to Safe Mode. What a bulshit. u cant even buy a new one because the wants 1000 euro or more. XD
It seems the ps5 project was rushed. But don't buy a new one, they will certainly release a new and better version. Try to contact them early in the morning to start the process.
