    ..many things happening here silently as everyone promoting west side with almost 10-15k extra from other sides of hyd..the beauty of South side is it is just 5-10 km to reach heart of the city .. till secrtriat is moved from hyd nothing can beat hyderabad potentiality.. west side I belive you will be connected to ofc but you will be disconnected to the hyd city , friends and realtives..few people like and so not like living in isolated areas make our life also alone I don't like personally.. so I can say south side have scope for good negoshiate we can get for geniune prices and we can easily see the natural growth there and it is best suitable for long term investment🙂

    Best place to live. Greenery, less pollution, close to airport, farm lands, close to highways, good colleges and schools, Somany companies, easy commute, close to ORR. Step away from gachibowli.

    Hello Sir, I bought a plot in 2008 hmda final approved layout, but as per master plan 2031, now entire venture comes under Conservative zone. Can I construct house here / what about resale. Like me so many people has this problem.
