FAB CITY, metro from raidurgam to Shamshabad and other metro route from falaknuma to Shamshabad ...because of that this area will boost has it will connect to different part of city, AIRPORT CITY in which GMR is building world class auditorium, office space, hospital, school and college, Fun activities which might help tukuguda, maheshwaram to boost and most importantly pharmacity which will have its impact in srisilayam highway. This things might not impact directly but there presence would make diffrence to develop.
DTCP is layout approved by Directorate of Town & Country Planning. Generally you find DTCP layouts in outskirts of the Hyderabad. DTCP layouts were done for areas which were outside HMDA/GHMC limits. I am not sure if there are any new DTCP layouts, because the HMDA limits are extended well beyond the city limits.
