    I was curious to watch part 2 , But this part is not up to the expectation . Finally it ended by promoting Private property Sale.

    In fact the South hyderabad brings us to land purchase is something within the reach of our budget particularly middle class working individuals. however it may depend upon the location and future civic and commercial growth. But best place to invest in South hyderabad. Thanks saurabh bahi.. far making such realistic vedeos

    Good video Saurabh with good info..I have invested in jalpally mamidipally 5 yrs ago ...It's now fully active with ventures ...Nitin is selling at double price that's how how the market rose in 4- 5 yrs..prices will still goes up in another 6 montjs

    Saurabh I had a doubt , if that area is going to be future happening place , why Nitin is selling his plots at this juncture. Why can’t he hold them for future .

      He has 15 acres of land in the same area and he needs some funds for his apartment project which are under progress.

      Builders don’t sell their prime plots to raise money. Banks are there to lend them.

    Along with this we have rahija mind acres around 300 acers and many more.. since 2002 there is hype in this area but west zone is the curse for this area and gradually it is fading now.. ..this area takes somemore time to become talk of the city

    There is a Ramky Discovery city close by. Worth a visit. And Kavuri hills and MAK BTR project.

    I would strongly recommend to invest around jelpally, which is not in 111GO. Future will be next hitech City. West side is going to come I am 💯 sure of this

      when i saw that area 3 and half yrs ago I felt what is this jungle area who is gonna live there and the ventures nearby it offered it for 6.5k I rejected it but today it is 32k...its human to think like that and make a mistake

      Don’t believe buyback offers just buy a land in west zone hold it for five years coz in five years u will get good amount

    I do not agree with Nitin's analysis 10k to 30k takes a lot of time but 30k to 60k will reach a short time. Take the West Triangle area, it took 2 or 3 years to reach 30k from 10k. We need to buy good plots with less price. only one positive news is sufficient to reach 30k( like the nearby villa project announcement). 60k needs actual villas construction in the ventures and also area should have all the infra

      there are already huge palace like buildings and villas in that area...what they showed us is just a trailer..there are villas projects already and some huge palace like constructions too
