    And whenever I see any realestate videos of west side immediately victory venkatesh film drushyam movie comes in to mind ..how the whole family try to make real the created story.but your videos have all kind of real and geniune questions to the opposite person..so the investor can take their descion..and your positive and down to earth attitude and way of questioning shows the Nativity of hyderabad.. liked it .. keeping going.all the best 🙏

    As of now prices in south has less artificial hype than west.because 10 years ago most of the premium lands were made ventures and sold out at peak level becuase of announcing many sezs like adibatla , fab city, Orr ,airport almost all were declared in Few years gap.
    We also have Lakdikapool collector office at kongarkalan already constructed but needs to be just shifted..and Tata and Adani aero sezs are also growing..and the most important thing we are not missing hyderabad connectivity..which is important for localites..as the hyderabad and Secunderabad are the heart of hyd..and west side I beleive only IT sector people like.. it's been more than 20 years hitech started and people still call hyderbad but not cyberabad. Good things take time🙂👍

      Signature ventures is inside the village and just behind Novotel, and it isn't a villa project. It's just a residential plots venture.

    Saurabh eagerly waiting for part 2. It is becoming like Bahuballi, can't wait anymore for kattapa moment. Recommend 1-2 projects in early stage(reasonable rate) for solid returns

    I am not fully convinced about HADA rules mentioned by Nithin, I heard that HADA zone covers 458 sq km including 70 villages. In this HADA zone residential zone is allowed only upto 3 floors max. This might be reason for mamidipally not still evolved as a residential area. Saurabh can you provide more details obout HADA zoning and restrictions so that it will help investors who are interested in south

      Am a native of mamidipally village, and not everything is in HADA zone, there's an apartments project coming in around 40 Acer's, in which we also have some land. Even the agreements are done and We received advance too. Starting investing in that area.

    I feel the other side of airport is better, it is not enclosed by the airport wall for access to the world. The ORR exit will be nearer and a much cleaner slate to develop without restrictive hindrances.

      You can forget about that SEZ, there is Kokapet SEZ (Neopolis), Puppalaguda etc, which will take another 10-15 years.
