We bought 3 plots one in 1997(kurnool outskirts), 2007 (shamshabad timmapur), 2009(shamshabad timmapur) in diff places outskirts of hyd .......luckily the plot which bought in 1997 almost merged in kurnool city and we sold it for gud amount ........ Instead of buying 30 to 50kms away from tier 1 city ......buy 10 to 15kms away from 2 tier cities ....
Yes that's correct maintenance is important for lay out and i am watching nirvana project from first but i am unable to buy plot in this venture i have told to buy in nirvana project or invest in 242 square yards
I see there is a lake near to your venture, with all the HYDRA action taking place on ventures near the lake, most of your audience might have this question in their mind...can you please clarify how HYDRA safe is it to invest in your beautiful unique Nirvana farm land venture and also is it HYDRA safe to build a home structure in a farm land ?
