Our doubt is not about growth sir, it will surely increase, but we should buy at correct price. They are now selling at 9k, ideally it should be 4k per sy. If u buy at 4k, after 5years, we can get 8k per sqy , which is good appreciation. But, if u buy at 9k now, u will never get any profit in that site. This the major problem in RE investments, Builders have hyped up the prices too high. So, RE is no longer an attractive investment option anymore.

Anyone is better by your budget. HMDA or DTCP plots are good to invest for small budgets, if you have more budget go for agriculture land with keen observation and trustful agents.
