Wally’s faster than Barry as he has beaten him in flash war with Barry literally saying he’s the fastest man alive though in my opinion Wally earned being the fastest man alive after years of living under the shadow of his mentor and struggling to get out of it and that’s really his main story in his run trying to be just as good of a flash as Barry was and eventually surpassing him it’s not to say Barry is weak he’s still one of the fastest beings in dc it’s just I feel like his character and how he indirectly brought together the entire flash family is what makes him special.

That's not how it works and Barry generating the Speed Force hasn't really been much of a thing since pre-N52. Wally is the fastest Flash, even now Barry struggles to do half the shit Wally done or does and his best feats don't even match mid tier Wally feats.

If you are traped in there(her case), if there's something of you remaining, someone could recue you from there ... as Barry did sometimes, or you be there forever. My fave Flash is Wally West, without a doubt. I've only recently gotten around to perusing the various Flash comics, but from what little I've seen of his adventures as a fully-fledged Flash, Wally is the one I'm most impressed with. The guy routinely breaks the laws of physics in insanely creative ways, and just about any regular appearance he makes is bound to result in more twists and turns, both literally and figuratively, than a meandering forest path. Does anyone know if there's a story where Wally has to make his way out of some kind of Rube Goldberg machine? I think that might be one of my favorite Flash stories ever if it truly exists.
I think that a writer said that the speed of a speedster can be measured by their colour of lightning, at least, in some canons. Apparently, it goes by "Blue Shift", something to do with frequencies. I was told that Red is the slowest colour, and Blue/White is the Fastest. Also, since Reverse Flash uses the Negative Speed Force, there's is a possibility that its physics go by the REVERSE of the Speed Force's, Red is the Fastest, and Blue/White is the slowest.

With Flash Forward #1 Wally West is confirmed to be the fastest being in the multiverse. They can change it any time they want to, it was barry in new 52 because wally was erased from existance. But now it's Wally and it will probably stay that way or people will go crazy because they lost Wally and they got him back but he killed superheroes and he is in jail so DC just fucked him up lol. People are so pissed about it and if they make Barry the fastest while Wally exists, then people would stop reading the flash. Wally west is the best flash there ever was, he has the best persona, he is relatable he is fun and so on. You might think barry is the center of the speed force and he maintains the balance within the universo but wally is on top of everything. He is literally an anomaly right now because he exists in an universe where he didn't but the timeline is still there, he is the answer to fixing it. Wally West is the fastest man alive. I'd say out of the main Flashes, Jay Garrick has the _potential_ to be the fastest. This is because he has the same Speed Force powers as every other Flash (this is referred to as being a "Speed Force Conduit") , but he *also* has an unrelated power while not tapping into the Speed Force that allows him to go at around 720 mph. This means that however fast any other Flash is while channeling the max amount of Speed Force, Jay Garrick is 700 mph faster while doing the same.

She's not the speed force, but part of it, you don't become the entire thing by merging with if in any term and still keep you mind, you became it, you older self is no more, fisicaly or mentaly, both are gone forever. The way she's there is like that, she's living there, not part of it, if it had become the accelerating force, no part of its "existence" would be there anymore, including her mind.
If you are traped in there(her case), if there's something of you remaining, someone could recue you from there ... as Barry did sometimes, or you be there forever.
So she is NOT the speed force, as you say yourself in other videos, the speed force it is an immaterial concept without physical form or mind.
Even if she was (which is not the case), Barry makes the "speed force itself", she get's traped in something Barry generates and the best explanation that writers could give was that... prety lame at the time, still lame right now.

My fave Flash is Wally West, without a doubt. I've only recently gotten around to perusing the various Flash comics, but from what little I've seen of his adventures as a fully-fledged Flash, Wally is the one I'm most impressed with. The guy routinely breaks the laws of physics in insanely creative ways, and just about any regular appearance he makes is bound to result in more twists and turns, both literally and figuratively, than a meandering forest path. Does anyone know if there's a story where Wally has to make his way out of some kind of Rube Goldberg machine? I think that might be one of my favorite Flash stories ever if it truly exists.

I think that a writer said that the speed of a speedster can be measured by their colour of lightning, at least, in some canons. Apparently, it goes by "Blue Shift", something to do with frequencies. I was told that Red is the slowest colour, and Blue/White is the Fastest. Also, since Reverse Flash uses the Negative Speed Force, there's is a possibility that its physics go by the REVERSE of the Speed Force's, Red is the Fastest, and Blue/White is the slowest.
