For me, I was limping when I walked around and groaning when I got up from sitting too long.
Also, played sports and have the injuries as well, but this product is still working for me.
On the bottle it actually said “May Support Joint Health”, I take it once a day 500mg.
It may work for your friend, just research it,
she has nothing to lose but the pain. Just be patient, it takes a while to work. Good Luck to both of you.

Age is maybe also a factor. I'm 66 and my mom's side has a history of arthritis and osteoporosis- in the last few years I've had issues with foot pain - tests show I have severe arthritis and zero cartilage which explains a lot. I've started taking collagen and curcumin but am wondering if I'd started earlier in life, maybe I'd have less pain now.

@5:00 you talk about increasing bioavailability and go down the list, longvida 100%, and you refer to percentage increase on all of them until BCM-95 where you say “7 times.” Is that 7% or 700%? I currently take BCM-95 and wondering if I should switch to Longvida or stay with what I’m taking. Hopefully you respond. Thank you.

@@DrJinSung so to clarify, longvida would only be 1 times, and bcm 7 times. But one was 29 times (2,900%) more bioavailability? So that would be the best one to take? Sorry for my confusion.

I've learned tumeric is a blood thinner. My hysband had squamous cell cancer removed from the top of his head (I was allowed to watch & take pictures of the whole procedure - I learned a lot) he started bleeding & the surgeon asked if he was on blood thinners & we were doing a powdered supplement combination that had quite a bit of tumeric in it & I checked it out on line & told the Dr about it & he said that's what had caused his blood to thin. He had a lot of capillaries to cauterize. My husband healed well & is doing fine.
I mix organic raw honey with organic tumeric & I drink this as a hot tea. I don't do it every day & sometimes months will go by. I make other teas with herbs that help specific areas in the body as well.
I find, for me, It's good to take breaks from doing one particular herb or root, and change it up.

I would never take gingko biloba ( thin blood too much), ginseng, sibering ginseng eleutheuro , licorice. Valerian, melatonin, ashawanda etc...
I just take well known herb like chamomile, hibbicus, peppermint...still be cautious of them.
